  I spoke on the phone with Carlos about an oil change & tire rotation prior to coming in. Once I got here, I was greeted by him. He was great & luckily no other cars were in the bay so my car was able to get pulled in quickly. Everyone was great & super quick & efficient! This was my first time here & I’ll definitely be back!

  I'm not really into reviews, I normally tell a person directly when they do a great job. I've worked in customer service, I know it's not an easy job as people sometimes think it is. However today I'd like to say publicly my experience at Mavis Tire on Independence Blvd in Charlotte was exceptional! Carlos, the manager greeted me immediately and was very pleasant. He listened to me and made me feel confident the work would done right the first time. I'm always leery of being taken advantage of but I didn't feel that way this time. Thank you Carlos and Mavis Tire for showing integrity in a world that seriously lacks it. You have a new customer.

  James, thank you for your review—it takes real confidence to be that wrong in public. Don’t listen to James Caldwell, like he just couldn’t handle this Mavis is a vibe. James hasn’t filed it taxes in like 3 years… James, that might be the most confidently incorrect review we’ve seen in a while. Impressive commitment, though. James really read the situation, misunderstood it completely, and still hit “post” with full confidence. Gotta respect the dedication. There’s being wrong… and then there’s James-level wrong. This is the latter. So all in all James is wrong and this place is a vibe!!! They don’t just change tires they change lives

  So I went in to have four new tires put on my Camaro and they put so many weights on each tire because they didn’t know how to balance them correctly. They also left all but one of the valve caps I had on . When I went in the get them the guy had to look all over the shop to find them . And all of my new tires didn’t have the same amount of air pressure. I paid over $650 and I had to add air in my tires before leaving this shop . Also the guys working were blaring rap music that had cussing and vulgar language in it. Also while I was waiting one of the workers let his mom come before me am he could fix her tire . This place is by far one of the worst tire shops I’ve ever been to and I’ll never be back . I’m currently sitting at another shop to get my new tires balanced correctly. If you need new tires do not go here because we will be highly disappointed !!!

  THANK YOU CARLOS!!!!!!!!!!! I just bought a used car and it started having some serious issues, so I decided to bring it here and I’m really glad I did. Carlos and his team were super helpful and professional! He broke everything down for me in a way that actually made sense. We went over what needed to be fixed right now, what could wait, and what I should keep in mind for later. For context, my car is a 2009 Honda with about 100k miles, so I knew some work was coming but, Carlos really worked with me on pricing and respected my budget, which I appreciated a lot! I was able to get my brakes and battery replaced for a really good deal. 10/10 EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! WILL BE COMING BACK!!!!
