I recently visited Mavis for brake and rotor service, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service time was right on point, and the mechanics kept me informed throughout the entire process. They welcomed my questions, provided clear explanations, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the work being done.

Sebastian at Mavis Tire on Independence took my car as a walk-in to look at a tire that was checked three times by a dealership. He noted that the tire stem was loose and, after tightening, said to bring it back for a replacement if the problem was not resolved. He insisted that payment was not necessary.

So I I had a bit of a situation with my vehicle non-tire-related and was forced to pull into Mavis tires and ask for help. TJ was the first one to greet me and it was more than willing to help me with my car. It was overheating so he added some coolant to it along with his coworker Sebastian and Tyson. It ended up being the alternator and I had to leave my vehicle behind which it's only supposed to be one day but then ended up being three days and they graciously allowed this. They were so great while I was here kind of figuring things out they let me sit in there waiting room, got me some water, played with my dog and took him out for a walk. The day that I came back to get my vehicle TJ immediately recognized me and also asked me about my dog by name. I'm going to have to find an excuse to come up here to Mavis tires just to see these guys. Couldn't ask for a better staff in a better experience. I don't care about the one stars previously given by other customers that is definitely mind-blowing to me because these guys are absolutely amazing!! I also wanted to mention that as I was leaving another customer was leaving as well and said to the guys as he was leaving that he loved him. That just goes to show what kind of hospitality and warm atmosphere they have created there. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. Thanks guys!!! You the best!!!

Talk about a great experience thank you Sebastian, Carlos and Avion for helping me with my tire rotation and my inspection. I was here about 30 minutes max!!! These gentlemen were very professional and courteous. They checked my battery level and let me know I need to replace it. Safety is their priority. Convenient right off Independence.
