  I purchased what I was told was a new trailer from Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories on South Boulevard. After only about a month, the paint started peeling. Once the paint came off, it revealed rust underneath, making it appear that the trailer had been previously used or refurbished. At no point during the sales process was I told that this trailer had been refurbished. I paid the price of a new trailer but received what looks like a used one. In addition to the peeling paint, rust is now causing the paint to crack around the fender wells and the support bars. For the past nine months, I have repeatedly contacted the dealership. I’ve sent pictures and have been told several times that someone would call me back, but no one ever has. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. If you’re considering buying a trailer here, inspect it very carefully and make sure you’re actually getting what you’re paying for. My experience has been frustrating from both a product quality and customer service standpoint. If I could give this business zero stars, I would.

  Bought 3 new camper shells put on 3 of our work trucks. Less then a month after install one of the locks failed and keep getting the run around about getting it fixed or warranted. Every time i call it’s the same thing. Can’t find your account or waiting on the delivery truck from the factory. It’s been 5 months and they can’t fix a $30 part on a $12k sale.

  Always great service from these guys. I’ve had my bed cover they installed for a couple years and brought it in for some adjustments. They got to me right away and did everything free of charge, covered by their satisfaction guaranteed warranty.
