- KSKiran & SiriSep 21, 20261.0BAD EXPERIENCE — BEWARE OF THE PARKING CHARGE This was an extremely frustrating experience. We parked at the garage during an event and saw a sign indicating $8 after 4:30 PM, with a note that event pricing may vary. We understood that the event rate might be somewhat different, but we were shocked to be charged $25 for only a few minutes of parking. What made the experience even worse is that I called 14 times trying to get clarification, and no one answered. If the event rate was $25, that should have been made extremely clear BEFORE customers parked. The pricing was confusing, and there was absolutely no customer service available afterward to address the concern. Very disappointing experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this parking garage.
- JPJohn PoeSep 2, 20263.0Good place to park, but just be aware that the rates reset at 3:00 AM, so if you park overnight, you’ll pay $60 (double the $30 daily max).
- EFEli FethJun 5, 20261.0The Apple Pay system for the parking garage is down. Both staff and IT were unhelpful and said I would have to leave my vehicle or find another way to pay, of which there was none. 0/10
- MCMargaret CApr 30, 20265.0Hands down the best place to park uptown! We always use this parking garage for all of our shows, concerts and games we attend when uptown. Super friendly, always clean and we always feel safe!
- ESEbony SApr 30, 20265.0This is the best parking garage in uptown. It has the best location, impeccable cleanliness, and always helpful customer service. The location is truly a gem, as you can get to any event within a short walking distance. I always feel safe when I park there, as the garage is well-lit and easy to access. Their parking fees are some of the best in the area!
