I had to go get it recalibrated three times and after the first time it valid me a second time within 30 minutes of leaving the shop! I've asked for a copy of exactly what went on and was told that I would be charged $25 for each one when initially they told me that it would be free.. their service is very disappointing and I have three customer service numbers and the agents never pick up or return my calls!!! This is very frustrating... Would not recommend this to anybody!! I've got four customer service agents phone numbers and none of them will answer or call back, very bad customer service. I have talked to other clients and I have had similar things happened too... Like I said I would not recommend intoxalock!!
