I could've got a synthetic blend for less. I could've went to Firestone for less. I could've done it myself for less. 5qts of oil is less than $40 a jug, and the filter is free. Total ripoff and unnecessary upsales. Very disappointed and I won't be back.

Highway robbery & they left a part on my floor that I had to ask them to put back. Ask cost up front because had I known the cost I would have left and went to Firestone.
