  Made me wait for 2 hrs to tell me that my inspection fails because of a tire when I explicitly told the gentleman who checked me in that I work for a tire company and will not be buying tired through them. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend to anyone.

  Excellent service, excellent people. This review is based on recent service, but my family has been a customer here for almost 10 years and never received anything less than practical advice and excellent service. Most recently, I had a family emergency pop up after I had dropped my car off for new tires. I showed up to get the car at lunch time when they were pretty busy. One of the guys noticed I was stressed--not my normal demeanor. He stopped mid-car talk with a co-worker about another repair and flew into high gear to get me out the door and on the road to my family. I've never been anything but pleased with their advice and I'm constantly impressed by their knowledge of their regular customers and desire to not just provide the service requested, but to really help a customer.

  Matthew, one of the employees, has gone above and beyond for both me and my mother on multiple occasions. He is always so polite, helpful, and knowledgable! His professionalism and genuine kindness truly sets him apart!

  I've brought multiple vehicles to Goodyear over the last 15 years. Their commitment to quality and honesty is what keeps me coming back. I feel like the team takes the time to diagnose the issue properly and explain to me in detail what needs to be repaired/fixed. As I am an "over the road driver" with my vehicle, the team at Goodyear has definitely helped keep me on the road and kept me profitable!
