  Just wanted to send a million thank you's to the excellent customer service I received from Jessica and the rest of the team.. which was very welcoming from the door and helpful and also Brian for the superb job he performed on my vehicle.   I brought my van in for repair, but after their work, it was in worse condition. They later said they couldn’t fix it due to a prior total loss which should’ve been flagged before repairs.’ And when I called to understand the situation, the representative became upset and ended the call.

  I recently took my car in for some collision repairs and my experience could not have been better. The vehicle inspection, quote, expected time of completion, communication, actual work, craftsmanship and customer service combined all blew me away. Jessica was a rock star and walked me through the entire process every step of the way. She really takes her role and customers seriously providing the utmost quality of service. I never thought auto repair could be a pleasant experience. Not to mention, their pricing is extremely reasonable. I received a quote from a different company prior to reaching out to Gerber and was astonished how much I would have gotten ripped off had I not had Gerber do the work. My car looks pristine and I'm so happy with the results. I highly recommend this specific location if you need any auto body work done to your car!!
