I was really stressed and she was able to explain to me everything that needed to be done with my car. Very patient and kind as well. If you come by ask for Asia she was amazing.

I accidentally pulled behind the wrong bay because there were no clear instructions telling customers where they were supposed to go. Instead of politely directing me, I was yelled at. Meanwhile, employees were standing around smoking, which made the attitude I received even more frustrating. I spoke with the manager as well, but I still left feeling like my concerns weren’t handled appropriately. Then there was an issue getting them to honor the promotional code from their own coupon. I came here expecting basic professionalism and decent customer service, and unfortunately, that wasn’t what I received. I definitely should have gone somewhere else.

They were both very courteous with the whole oil changing procedure. When the oil change was completed, he offered to check my air in my tires. They made sure all the tire pressure psi was set to factory. When I drove off, I had such a smoother ride all the way home. The service was wonderful and I will come here again. I also had a $15 off coupon that I got off of the express oil website. They have coupons on their website so that you can save some money.

Everyone was kind, professional, and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate them staying a little late for me. That kind of customer service means a lot. Thank you again!
