  Eurofed Charlotte on South Tryon has earned my full trust. Nate and Ben handled my 2012 Jaguar XF through a complicated post-engine-swap situation with professionalism and genuine care. They pressure tested the cooling system, identified the leak source precisely, replaced the thermostat and water pump, and caught degraded brake and power steering fluid in the process. When finances got tight, Nate included the power steering flush at no charge, not as a gesture, but because he genuinely wanted to take care of a customer who had been through it with this car. These are people who actually care about cars and the people who drive them. I won't be going anywhere else.

He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything about my vehicle (2015 Mercedes C300) in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated his transparency and attention to detail. It’s hard to find someone you can truly TRUST with your car, and Ben definitely earned my confidence.
