  WOW….I'm so glad I was referred to Eurofed Automotive for my Audi Q7 repairs. From the time you walk in and are greeted by Jake at the front desk, your experience is great. When the Audi dealership service department couldn't get my service engine light corrected Eurofed Automotive diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great experience and I will continue to use Eurofed Automotive for my car services and repairs. Thanks again Eurofed Automotive. Tim Ward

  I WOULD NEVER GET SERVICE HERE AGAIN! I brought my S560 in to have the break service bc since purchasing it, it had not had one. Mind you, I had no squealing but I could tell I couldn’t stop on time. So, the break service along with the scheduled Service A was paid for & went well; so I thought. During this time it’s important to note that there were recommendations provided but that was only after I paid over $2,800 and received my car back so I figured, “Ok, I’ll address those soon but at least my car’s brakes are good to go.” Nope, not the case. The next time I drove my car (I don’t usually drive it bc I have another vehicle) I noticed my brakes squealing! I called and eventually brought it in after reporting my findings only to be told there’s nothing they could do to rectify the squealing, that the squealing was essentially d/t another part (bearings??) of the vehicle that needed replacing as well, listed on the recommendations. So, at that point I told the representative that handed me my keys back, 1. What is the point of having a 24,000 mile warranty on the parts I paid for? 2. Most importantly, you as the subject matter expert on running a car shop should have advised me to get the other portion of the vehicle that supposedly is causing the brakes to squeal, fixed at that same time together. Myself as a woman I wouldn’t know how parts to a vehicle work in conjunction so if you’re changing out my brakes and rotors, and YOU KNOW this other portion of the vehicle needs to be addressed at that time as well for both parts to work properly, and you did not inform me of this until afterwards and until I realize the new onset of squealing, YOU FAILED YOUR CUSTOMER! I ended up selling the car shortly after but I will never bring my new MB in or around EUROFED or any of its affiliates. You didn’t live up to your business name, your parts’ warranty or the Mercedes Benz corporation!
