  Great shop! I had to deal with some significant issues on a second hand Mercedes. My service advisor was Ben- he kept me informed throughout the process and was quick to respond to my questions. I will continue to work with this shop.

  I brought my M3 in to Eurofed to have them replace the pulley tensioners and drive belts. I worked with Ben as my service advisor, and he was beyond helpful. Ben was very communicative and really made sure I was taken care of. I will be back!

  Complete idiots and crooks. STAY AWAY. Long story short tried to overcharge me for a battery ....negotiated 250 off the price so tells you something right there. Then Andrew proceeds to try to sell me a transmissions flush after saying you need a new transmission after the supposed diagnostic...like idiot why would I pay 1500 for a trans flush when you already said the trans is shot and needs to be replaced. Then quoted 5k for a refurb trans and 8k for a new trans.....totally overpriced. And finally when I had the car towed away after all the nonsense they realized they had put the NEW battery I was forced to buy to get the diagnoistic in the wrong car...cant make this nonsense up. So I ended up getting the the 440 back for the "new" battery that I never got and in all reality who even knows if they ever did a diagnostic. These guys get over on people who dont know cars or the automotive service industry...basically upselling to a bunch of middle age white Euro driving single moms. STEER CLEAR. i called the Eurofed on tryon and they confirmed they were trying to overcharge for the battery as well. REPLY TO OWNER: 1) I state facts and facts only. If you look back through all of my reviews some are good some are bad. Its up to the business for what wil be left. You guys clearly pay for reviews 2) I talked to Ben on Tryon. Had an appointment made and everything all decided to go with you guys becuasue you were closer 3) I have actually had the refurb trans quoted cheaper by an in town competitior 4)My wife clearly stated who majority of your customer base was as she was the one who visited your shop multiple times. 5) ANDREW clearly stated...go listen on your recorded line...that a new transmission was needed. So no trying to sell a transmission flush when a NEW or REFURB was clearly needed is nothing but a crook move. 6) Hold the L buddy and stop trying to overcharge people for services no matter the year make model or mileage of their car, Nate. 7) Lastly you called me this morning for what? Trying to argue with me about poor service. Thinking we were "good" because you refunded you tried to overcharge for in the first place and in the end did not deliver? If your business is as standup as it is one negative review wouldnt bother you. Just do better.

  Took the car for a front end alignment due to some excessive tire wear, they also did an inspection of the car and I'm glad they did! Coolant was low and the CV axles are showing some signs of failure. Ben was nice enough to take my current budget into account when determining the next steps, which I really appreciated. No pressure, but informed me when I asked about the services. I'll certainly talk to them next time I need the car looked at.

  I took my new to me Emira over to Eurofed off Pineville Rd, and I can honestly say it’s not just the shop, it’s the people. Ben at Eurofed is the definition of an expert. He’s the only person I trust with my car, and this is the only shop I’ll let touch my Emira. 10/10. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ben’s level of customer service genuinely stood out, especially in a shop environment. If you’re into cars and have experience with other shops, go see Ben. You won’t look back.
