When a problem arose with the type of vehicle I had requested not being available, he was very empathetic and concerned with making me, the customer, happy. It worked out well. I have gave them 2 tries and after the second time, it’s been the same experience. I book a week an advance and they never have the car style requested. And both times the cars have been dirty or not the best at all. I’m not picky but if I’m paying for a service and not feel comfortable with what I receive there is a problem. Will not recommend
