  Constant communication ahead of pickup. Efficient process to get me out the door. And I appreciate them understanding the corporate booking processes. Convenient location with polite staff.

  I have to say the team here was helpful. Unfortunately, I had to leverage enterprise twice within a month (not my fault), but because of the crazy drivers in Charlotte. The Enterprise team was accommodating and professional. The convenience of Enterprise being next door to the collision center is also a plus. I would definitely use them again.

  Went to pickup my rental today 4/17/26. My rental was for a 12pm pickup but I arrived 10am. Was told basically no can do. You will have to wait until 12pm or after as we have lots of people coming in at 10am and 11am. The iss we I had was that smirk on the lady and I let them know that Enterprise should always have a vehicle ready and that I was disappointed. Fast forward as I was leaving to come back at noon I told my son this will be the last time I will rent from Enterprise. We'll the lady with the smirk said excuse me we try to do a good job but don't beat down my team. I said no one is beating down your team but rather Enterprise. Nevertheless I canceled my rental and went with budget. Horrible service to say the least.

  Tianna the manager was amazing! So kind, professional and patient the best customer service ever! The whole team there were actually awesome something you very rarely see. Josh and Christian were also amazing very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this location and come back!!
