  The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, unfortunately, there was no vehicle available at the time. I appreciated their kindness and attention, but the lack of availability was disappointing.

  Awful experience. App allowed me to make a reservation for Saturday even though the location isn’t open on a Saturday. Once I realized tried to make the reservation for Friday before. App said they have all kind of cars available to rent. Wasted $20 on an Uber to get here. For them to tell me that they have no availability. Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I tried calling. Nobody can guarantee that there will actually be a car available when I make a reservation. What is the actual point of making a reservation and why are people allowed to make them when there are no cars available

  Would leave no stars if I could. Do not waste your time here!!!!!! Called yesterday to confirm they have a rental car for my fiancé, they confirm and say yes, we show up this morning and guess what there are no cars available. The best part is that someone walked in behind him and got their car right away. Very frustrated and wish they would have just been upfront that they don’t have any cars available. We will be taking our business elsewhere and will not be using enterprise ever again.

  Spoke with them on the phone yesterday to confirm my reservation and arrange a pick up time. Showed up this morning and they had no car to give me because they “didn’t get the returns they were expecting”. Very disappointed, should’ve gone to U-HAUL. Asking me to come back 4 hours later like if I just have time to sit and wait.
