  If I could give a 0, I would. They did not have my car ready, waited 2 hours for a return and detailing. The only available vehicle that came in was an upgrade and they charged the full upgrade price. Promised to contact me a car in my class was available. I had the car for 2 weeks, no call...no adjustment. I requested the Geico discount and was promised it would be applied and refunded. They stated it wasn't applied and they couldn't do it on the back end. I would not recommend. They prey on people who are getting work done by the Caliber Collison next door to them. I will never use again. If you are getting a repair, I would suggest getting an Uber to a different care rental vendor.

  Tianna and Christian were exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous throughout my visit. They made the entire experience enjoyable and ensured I felt well taken care of. Their outstanding customer service truly made my experience worthwhile.

Even though there was a very long line and she was working alone, she was extremely efficient, quick, and maintained unmatched kindness with every single customer.   We were supposed to fly to Greenville with our 3 cats but the airline didn’t book our third seat so we couldn’t fly. We’re so thankful to have been able to get a same-day rental right at 8am when they opened. I was able to book a car at 6:40am that same morning at this location when the airport was all booked out. We drove home in 2 hours and they had a location 10 mins away from our new home for drop off. So grateful to not have to spend our day in a hotel until a rental car was available. The staff arrived early to open and everyone was so friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend this location
