  I forgot to leave a review for Ethan and Claire from the last time I rented from here so a little late here, but nothing but great things to say about those two. They got me in a car quickly when I was running behind and made the entire process incredibly easy. I rent here frequently because I know that when those two are there, I will be taken care of. This is my go-to rental spot in Charlotte because of those two!

  Super slow service. They said they had 16 reservations and only 8 cars. The gentleman working there suggested they don’t owe us anything. This place is pathetic. You are a business not a DMV. Serve customers don’t be rude.

  Though there was a wait when I arrived (not Enterprise’s fault. It was a very busy Sunday at multiple locations), it was no more than an hour. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and assisted shortly thereafter. Evan was so helpful, as well as the other team member working that day. Verification was seamless and efficient Before I knew it, I was driving off the lot in my rental. Return the vehicle was the smoothest process (nowhere near as busy on a Tuesday lol); they remembered me when I walked in and was able to pull my information right up. Explanation of security deposit reimbursement was clear, and I received a courtesy transport to the dealership I needed to get to. I forgot the name of the young man who drove me, but he too was very professional and had a vibrant personality. I will be returning for sure to rent from the South Boulevard (Charlotte) location. Thank guys!

  Easy to pick and rent a vehicle. Staff was very kind and walked me through the entire process within 5 minutes. Although they were quite busy, they serve me within 5 to 10 minutes and I had my car and I was out the lot within another 5-10 minutes. They also dropped me off at my hotel after I returned the rental. Great service, kind staff and great experience.

  I only use enterprise for all my needs, either it being commercial or pleasure. I have even bought cars from enterprise and a Isuzu box truck. The last time I rented here I watched the employee filling a tire and when he pulled up I asked is the tire OK. He said we always check the tires before rental. That's funny because I have never witnessed it before. We'll the next day the tire was half flat. I filled it and dropped it after hours, but I'm sure he knew already. Is that any way to treat a customer. They are not what they used to be.
