  I had to extend the rental a number of times. I had to simply call and let them know. Plus when I returned the rental. they called me with a big refund.

  The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of 5. The staff was courteous and nice no problems there. I was taking outside to my rental car. I had to ask and assist we do a thorough walk around to record any damage that was already on the car. My insurance paid $30 a day so I still had to pay $3 per day. Enterprise offered for 15 extra per day insurance to cover any damages that occurred while it was in your possession. I said no thank you. The car itself was a below a medium sized sedan. I was shown nothing about anything worked inside the car. This car had a turn off and restart at every red light I turned it off at the beginning of every Drive. I also discovered it had the wonderful vintage far left push down emergency brake. I had given a $50 deposit and then charged $42 when I return the car but I have not seen my $50 deposit returns yet since been at least 4 weeks. I guess I owe them a phone call!

  Today was a very rough day for me, but Kyle and the entire Enterprise team completely turned it around. I returned my rental because I was told my car was ready, only to find out it actually wasn’t. On top of that, I’m dealing with a messed-up ankle, so getting in and out of certain vehicles has been difficult. They initially offered me a Nissan Rogue, but because of my ankle it wasn’t the most comfortable option. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle that worked better for my situation. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone and genuinely cared about helping me. The customer service from Kyle and the entire Enterprise team was outstanding. They were kind, patient, professional, and made a stressful day so much easier. It’s rare to receive service like this, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you all for going the extra mile!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  The Enterprise team did a phenomenal job and Bre in particular went above & beyond! She was knowledgeable, attentive, supportive, solution oriented, and professional. Bre is the exemplary employee anyone would be lucky to have. That kind of passion and professionalism is hard to come by. As a senior manager over 30 employees, I was blown away by her service. I will absolutely be renting from this particular location (N. Tryon) for any future rental needs. Thank you Bre, Kyle & team for your patience and extremely good customer service!
