  I normally don't leave reviews, but I wanted to give others a heads-up about my experience at the Enterprise location on North Tryon. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I had a reservation for my son's prom night, and what should have been a special day turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. The service desk clerk, a shorter woman with glasses, was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you happen to visit in the morning, be prepared for a possible attitude. Based on the reviews I've seen, I'm honestly surprised she is still employed there. What was even more disappointing was that management seemed to support her behavior instead of addressing the poor customer service. We had a reservation, but when the vehicle wasn't available, we were treated as if we had done something wrong. There was little effort made to help us find an alternative solution or another vehicle. The entire situation ruined a big part of my son's prom night and put a damper on what should have been a memorable occasion. My advice is to read the reviews carefully before renting from this location. Rent at your own risk. I wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews before attempting to rent from this Enterprise location.

  Enterprise is the best car rental place in here in Charlotte I rate them number one, especially the customer service representatives Brittany and Carl. They are wonderful representatives for Enterprise they compassionate, their patient and they go above and beyond please their customers and I really do appreciate that every time I go to Enterprise to Rent-A-Car they treat me like family and I like that they get a ten all the way around. Love Enterprise for life.
