    DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRANCH THEY CAUSED ME TO MISS THE BIRTH OF MY CHILD DUE TO WRONG INFORMATION AND LIES TOLD. JUSTIN THE MANAGER WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND SHOULD NOT BE MANAGING ANY COMPANY THAT TREATS CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!!!!!

    Justin the branch manager at this location is awesome! He cares truly about each customer and really wants us to have a great experience from the time we are placed in the car until we return. I'm a frequent renter (monthly at least) for work and he is the reason I keep returning. Thank you!

    My reservation process is going smoother but once again, I was put in a rental car that smelled of marijuana. I am asthmatic and communicated that on a prior rental, I was given a car that smelled of marijuana. The EXACT SAME THING happened again. I am at the point where I am looking for other companies. For me to explain a medical issue and to be put in a situation where it could have caused a medical issue is INSANE. Not to mention that should I have accepted the rental and been stopped by law enforcement, I could have faced legal repercussions. I DO NOT CARE IF YOUR EMPLOYEES DON'T MIND THE SMELL - I DO. WHEN I SAY PLEASE MAKE SURE TH VEHICLE DOESN'T SMELL, I MEAN IT. Even after this, I observed your employee attempt to spray the vehicle with air freshener as if that would solve the issue. Just awful!
