  I pass by all the time and mever even considered getting a rental from here. Due to an accident my insurance booked me a rental through this location and the experience was great. There was a "shuttle" to pick me up to get to their location and the guy was super friendly and efficient. The car was very clean inside and out and the representative was thorough in explaining the details and return process as well.

  Even though I reserved 2 weeks in advance and once I arrived the car selected was not available, the associates still did their best with accommodating me and making sure I was satisfied, the car drover perfectly and was great on gas

  I would like to highlight the exceptional performance and swift stewardship, detail oriented approach from the manager on duty by the name of …Ms.Jade. As many of us in this ever evolving, fast pace world. I ran into minor discrepancies, which seemly overwhelmed me through my rental experience, There’s a difference from doing a job because this is your bread and butter, then there’s Ms Jade, who for me transcended my experience by not only being fierce in exceptional professionalism which is paramount and lands directly under the standards and values that uphold and embody enterprise as a business. Her ability to read the room, effectively communicate with resolutions, Her willingness to ensure I was thoroughly aware and content with my overall experience, was superlative. My engagement with her solely was instrumental with facilitating my contentment with my overall rental experience. The best i’ve experienced thus far with enterprise whom i’ve done business with over 10+ years, Across many different states. From someone who has worked in upper management within my company’s corporation. She has unyielding competence in how she represents the company’s integrity as to why i’ve utilized this company over others. She was solution-oriented, proactive, and exceptionally helpful. She turned a challenging hiccup into a superb customer experience and I sincerely appreciate her dedication!
