  Most of my rental experiences with enterprise has been good until this rencent one. My advice don’t rent or offer rentals to customers that smells like weed like weed or cigarettes smoke. Not happy!

  Wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had a enterprise rental Sydney and Kayla help me though out my rental and had the most wonderful costumer experience and very friendly and helpful thank you again for being part of enterprise

  I had a fantastic experience at the Enterprise Northlake branch this past Fourth of July weekend. It was incredibly busy, but the branch manager, Ryan Kampe, was absolutely incredible. Even though he was short staffed, watching him work was like seeing a one-man show; he was multitasking efficiently, seamlessly handling new customer arrivals while ensuring everyone was quickly assigned to their vehicles despite the holiday rush. To add, I also had a brief interaction with Brandon, who made a notable impression as well. Although, he isn't usually in the front office, he took the time to provide me with some great advice. Excellent customer service all around, especially during such a hectic time. I would definitely recommend this location‼️

  Leo was extremely helpful and kind. I told him I was in a rush due to a schedule conflict with the tow truck pick up and he sped through the process for me so a car was ready when I got there. Really appreciated him! and the driver Brandon who picked me up to get the rental car was very friendly too. Great customer service.

  Exceptional Service‼️ I really enjoy the experiences I have at this Enterprise Car Rental near Northlake Mall and will definitely be doing more business here! The team is absolute gold. Sydney was like an octopus—she was everywhere at once, flawlessly juggling customers while simultaneously mentoring the newer Enterprise reps. Rinaldi was incredibly impactful, and it was only his first day! I had a great experience with him. Also Kayla’s demeanor and warm smile were also so engaging, not just to me, but to all the other customers who were waiting. Fantastic customer service all around! I'll definitely be back‼️
