  Staff doesn’t have ethics. They made me wait for 30mins and said that they don’t have cars even after having a reservation. They tried to convince me to take a car with poor maintenance.

  No matter how prior you book they always cancel out on you at the last moment saying they don’t have car return from the customers. This has happened for more than five times now and they don’t offer any concession or anything. They don’t value your time. Will need to change the plans last moment, not at all professional. A feedback is never taken into account

  Ubered all the way here for them to tell me that their aren’t any economy rentals available after calling first thing in the morning to make sure everything was good and ready.

  I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. AJ and Nasir went above and beyond by picking me up and helping me every step of the way. They were courteous, professional, and made me feel valued as a customer.

  Just terrible !!!iv rented from other enterprise car rental facilities with no problems, I have yet to receive my deposit looks like I’m in a legal fight, spoke to this location about this twice nothing they say has happened everyone has a different story just horrible
