  My recent experience with Enterprise was extremely unacceptable. I was overcharged, and the amount I agreed to in the original contract was changed without my approval. The final charges taken from my account did not match what I signed for, and no one contacted me or asked for consent before changing the pricing. On top of that, my deposit was not refunded and was essentially taken without any explanation. There was no transparency, no justification, and no accountability for how my money was handled. Changing contract amounts without permission and keeping a customer’s deposit is unethical and shows a complete lack of integrity. Enterprise needs to address this immediately. The unauthorized charges, contract changes, and mishandling of my deposit have destroyed my trust in this location.

  I wanted to give KP a big shout out for renting me a great vehicle for a great price the staff is friendly and courteous. If you are looking for great experience go visit them you won't regret it. They great vehicles give them a try.

  constantly push the buttons to keep the line on hold, i hate the fact they can’t do a simple job..lazy rude people would give 0 stars because of how disgusting this interaction was

  Was returning a call from JP about confirming a vehicle rental for 8/13/26. I have called, kept on hold, and gotten hung up on, four times now.

  Do not go to this location. All staff are unprofessional and need training. I booked a standard car online and when I arrived they wanted to give me the “only” thing they had left which was the next size up. At no fault to me, they did not have the vehicle size I booked, yet wanted to charge me more. I spoke with both the manager and general manager and they simply told me I should have booked it further in advance.
