The buying process went well. 12 days later the check engine light came on so i had to pull the warranty, the car was in the shop for a week. March the car needed an update so i had to pull the warranty again. Then June 7 i went to get the oil changed and soon as i pulled into the parking lot the power steering light came on. They had my car for a week then told me the auxiliary battery died and I needed to replace the car battery and it needed another update. I pulled the warranty and i had to pay 1200+ out of pocket because the warranty didn’t cover the batteries. I pulled out the lot then car started running hot and cut off on me. I sat for a while I turned around to take it back and it cut off again. I let it sit for a while and drove it back. The jeep dealership gave me a loaner and i haven’t gotten my car back yet. I barely get to drive the car it’s unfortunate this has become a money pit and i still have to pay the payment each month. Today is the 22nd and i still don’t have my car. They sold me a bad car. Hopefully no one else will have this experience
