  Worst experience on something that was supposed to be very easy. First, they failed to secure a vehicle we had paid to be transported to this location. Second, they were unable to get maintenance records for the other vehicle purchased after asking about it multiple times. Third, their “certification” process is the biggest joke ever. Vehicle we purchased had a nail in the tire, upon taking it to a mechanic, they also said it needed new brakes/rotors for the back two tires soon. Mind you the certification process states brakes/rotors should at least 50% good. That in itself is about $1,500 within the first week of owning it. Lastly, a lot of he said/she said. I need documentation, an email is not sufficient evidence that a service was done thoroughly. Huge headache and waste of time, ended up returning the car on the seventh day. Tips for buyers: - ask for maintenance records - ask for certification records - or just stay away completely

  Brittney Smith was very helpful! She helped me get into the car I wanted with the down payment I was willing to put down, she even had the vehicle transferred without me asking about it.

  From the beginning to the end! Absolutely 💯 Seamless! Donavan was wonderful to work with & was committed to helping me find my new car! Every employee that we met at the dealership was great! From the lady who greeted us to the gentleman who helped finalize the car purchase! Excellent experience! This is the 2nd car we've purchased from Enterprise Car Sales & we continue to recommend the ECS to our family and friends.

  I had the pleasure of walking into the Charlotte location in July, 2026 and meeting Brittney Smith. What a star!!! Super helpful. Asked questions to help he find which car was best for my needs (retired, wanting practical, reliable, and fashionable, low mileage sedan and comfortable). We test drove several but wasn't what I wanted. Then my wife and I traveled for three weeks. Which Brittney noted. When we returned Brittney texted me about resuming our search. On September 1st, 2026 she texted me about a car in Greensboro and wondered if she should have it brought down the next day for me to see. I accepted and I went the next day like I said I would. Brittney had the car parked in front of store ready. I drove it, plus another and wanted the 2023 Silver Nissan Altima with 33,000 miles, which she found for me and had brought down. I had my wife come see the car. My wife approved too. So we purchased. The transaction was super smooth. Brittney helped me select the best extended warranty. We returned the next day with payment and took delivery. Car was spotless, which Brittney arranged. This was my third Enterprise Car Sales purchase in 12 years. Two in Charlotte and one in Richmond, VA for my son. Brittney Smith is such a professional sharp representative. So motivated to help people. On my September 2nd visit, I had to step away for a few moments. While I was away she used her valuable time to follow-up with another prospective buyer. She didn't want to waste time. That's a pro!!! I've been a sales and sales management professional my entire career, and admire that rare and exceptional dedication. Prior the Enterprise Car Sales, my car purchase experiences were nearly always unpleasant. The one last week with Brittney was the best ever. My wife and I are so glad we met Brittney. We love Enterprise Car Sales and our new car. David & Danelle Higgins.
