Dynamic Auto Tune is the first place I would recommend to anyone needing car repairs. They are professional, fast, and affordable. They took the stress out of worrying about whether my car would be fixed. They take pride in their work, don't keep you waiting all day, and are very considerate of your time. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.

After reading the 5 star reviews, I was excited to get a tune-up on my car at a place that seemed legit. Although I felt like I had received great customer service during my appointment time, I'm highly disappointed in the overall outcome. I was originally told that I was due for transmission work, that my air filters needed to be replaced, and it was recommended I get new tires and a car alignment. I signed and accepted the work for the transmission and declined the alignment and air filters because I knew I could get that work done at a better price somewhere else than what their estimate was. About 10 minutes later, the guy at the front desk told me they were no longer recommending work to my transmission due to the high mileage on my car and explained it in more detail on why it's not recommended, etc. He said overall, my car was in great condition, and from there they would just recommend everything I declined, along with a brake fluid flush. I accepted the brake fluid flush to be done and then went home for the rest of the day after they were done. I'm extremely disappointed that when I took my car out the very next day (today) my transmission slipped for the very first time while I was driving on my way to get my tires and alignment done. My transmission has never slipped before! I dont know if a sensor got blocked, or if they started any initial transmission work before deciding not to continue, but either way, I will have to go get that looked at somewhere else now and hope to god it's nothing serious! Even more disappointing is that I completely forgot I had my brake fluid flushed just last year. It's my own fault for not thinking about it at the time of my appointment; but when I found my receipt from the flush I had done last year with a different mechanic after I got back home today, I saw that I didn't even hit the recommended 30k miles for needing a new brake flush to begin with. It's also my fault for not questioning why the brake fluid wasn't listed on my first estimate of needed work, and why it was added-on only after they determined my transmission shouldn't be worked on and I wouldn't be getting any other work done. At the end of the day, I paid over $200 for work I didn't actually need, and now my transmission might be at serious risk. I would not recommend dynamic auto tune to anyone for an honest evaluation and I will not return here again.

The best service I’ve had at a shop. Dropped my Porsche Macan Turbo off and they we’re extremely knowledgeable on just providing general information on potential future repairs, currently what I need and don’t need to do, What I should spend my money on versus what I should not. Strong ethics, and very good integrity highly recommend.

Had to remove my original 5 star rating due to the fact of having 3 negative experiences in a row dealing with this shop. They were only able to complete 2 services properly which both were simple oil changes (even with those 2 Instances they'd rev up my car in the shop and then proceed to take it for a "test drive" where they rip on my car and do multiple pulls down the street.) Now onto the 3 different services I asked for, which then led me to having to take my car to a different place since Dynamic failed me miserably. They love to give a nonsensical quote on the phone call that sounds good but once you get there in person just throw an extra $300+ to whatever they quoted you. (I swear these prices beat BMW dealerships) They did that with all 3 instances and claims they could never get the job done in a solid timeframe always taking multiple days for simple fixes. First instance I wanted an oil filter housing gasket and valve cover gasket replaced and they originally said around $1600 but when I got there it was magically $2000 BEFORE tax and they said it’d take multiple days despite me dropping it off first thing in the morning. Went to my now current go to shop and they quoted me $1400 and it’s done same day! Second instance was almost the breaking point for me I needed my water pump to be replaced, and once again I was told a completely different quote in person compared to what was given on the phone ending in a small altercation where I decided I’m taking my car elsewhere. The third instance is the actual breaking point for me. I trusted you guys over every other shop due to knowing the fact that you guys have multiple technicians that are specialized in the specific n54 e9x platform, and i was reassured after thoroughly detailing my Issues and what I’ve done with the car that you guys would be willing to take a look, see how far i got into the Install, and then provide me with a quote for how much the rest of the install and getting the car back on the road would be. Instead my car sat for a full week at their establishment with no progress whatsoever, and then when I call the next week over they tell me something that they could've told me in the first two days, that they're only willing to install the new part I bought but they're not willing to finish what I started mind you everything I disconnected is specifically for this new part that’s getting put in so all I did was shorten the disassembly and installation process for them. They planned to charge me $1500 for just the install of this part and the car wouldn't even be back on the road 😐. I call up another shop and they quote just $580 for the install AND getting the car back up and running. There’s a very strong chance this establishment will never get my business again and I’m not sorry!
