  I called to ask if they have the capability to replace a transmission range switch and he asked the milage which is 160,000 Miles. He immediately said the entire transmission needs to be replaced. At least put some effort in and diagnose the vehicle. very lazy.

  Can’t say enough good things about Jason and his team at Cottman. They diagnosed my problem quickly and efficiently and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They also made every effort to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. I will be returning to Cottman for any future transmission issues and I suggest you do the same.
