- AAAnabelMay 5, 20261.0Some of the employees are fantastic, helpful, and polite. On the other hand, the manager of this store called Teresa is a walking hostile nightmare. On 05/05/2026 my family visited to get a simple battery check and replacement. Teresa was horrendous to us and to the employee on shift who was trying to help us. Her attitude was hostile, blunt, and rude. You could hear her tone as she was yelling across the store, as an employee "softened the blow" for what she was yelling about and made it more polite for us. And then she started scolding HIM, in front of us, about the length of his undershirt which was peeking a 0.10" past the sleeve of his uniform shirt. From this altercation, either this manager was having a horrible day or she does not have the people skills to be managing people or dealing with anyone. She literally soured everyone's mood in that store. On top of that, when we called to verify her name so we could send this review to corporate, she started refusing to give it. This needs to be held accountable.
