Jay is the man! Every time I come in he is always helping people and is so friendly and patient with everyone. He is also extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me diagnose and solve an issue today with our Q7, all with a smile on his face the whole time. Thank you Jay!

This is the worse autozone in the area. Ive been there 3 times... each trip involves both employees incompetent to use the computer and register to return or retrieve or retrieve orders. Employees do not process online orders and instead wait for you to arrive as they listen to the boombox and eat their fastfood

My battery died and I went to this AutoZone to get a new battery. Not only did I get a new battery but I also received great customer service. Ricky and Stephanie were so helpful. Ricky went above and beyond to replace my battery and the terminals. Both employees were pleasant and made a somewhat stressful situation less stressful. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone.

Don’t go to this auto zone. This is the 3rd time I have come to this store and they are not open. The sign and website say they open at 7:30 but that is never the case. True unprofessionalism.

It is nice that they answer their phones, but it would be even nicer if they actually could give you information instead of just placing you on hold indefinitely. Good luck with that. Response to "email us, plz" I won’t be following up via the email alias provided. The issue is straightforward: when the phone rings, it needs to be answered so customers can get timely information. I understand things are busy, but I don't have the bandwidth to help troubleshoot your internal processes. You can coordinate with the store directly to determine if my feedback was an isolated incident or a recurring issue. The 3-star rating is my final assessment; I’ll leave it to your team to address it from here.
