  My battery died and I went to this AutoZone to get a new battery. Not only did I get a new battery but I also received great customer service. Ricky and Stephanie were so helpful. Ricky went above and beyond to replace my battery and the terminals. Both employees were pleasant and made a somewhat stressful situation less stressful. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone.

  Don’t go to this auto zone. This is the 3rd time I have come to this store and they are not open. The sign and website say they open at 7:30 but that is never the case. True unprofessionalism.

  It is nice that they answer their phones, but it would be even nicer if they actually could give you information instead of just placing you on hold indefinitely. Good luck with that. Response to "email us, plz" I won’t be following up via the email alias provided. The issue is straightforward: when the phone rings, it needs to be answered so customers can get timely information. I understand things are busy, but I don't have the bandwidth to help troubleshoot your internal processes. You can coordinate with the store directly to determine if my feedback was an isolated incident or a recurring issue. The 3-star rating is my final assessment; I’ll leave it to your team to address it from here.

  I called the store(13105 S Tryon St Charlotte NC US) for a part and the associate was rude because there was a bunch of folks that were loud near the phone and I told him I can't hear you over the loud talking. Instead of trying to fix it, he said "he is loud because he is talking to a customer sir!" in a condescending manner. Then he took forever to find the part (V-BELT) with no response, like "hold on let me try to find it for you". It was like I bothered him at a moment he did not want to be bothered. Then he got on the phone and was like, "They have them at South Blvd Store only!". Seriously, I will not go to this Autozone everrrr again! In fact, ever since this store was opened, the people who work there have no customer service skills, always seemed bothered and don't want to work, and look at you like "what you want!!" When I say every time, I mean every time I visit.
