  These jokers should be absolutely ashamed on themselves. I bought batteries in off my box truck to the store last night to be charged and as soon as I walked in the manager says “you should just replace those batteries because charging those heavy duty batteries is no good” I shake it off and say ok I still need them charged can you do it. He says yes I can and I’ll call you in 20 mins if they don’t hold a charge. I let nearly 2 hours go by and I finally go up to pick my batteries up and they said “oh shit sorry man I forgot to call you they didn’t charge” I have my own battery charger at the house except mine is a slow charger which takes hours on hours to charge. I hooked my batteries up to my surprise ? They charged no issue my truck is running absolutely zero issues. Absolutely disgusting business practices to attempt to hard sale someone on something they do not need. Very snake like and disgraceful behavior. I normally purchase all maintenance related items through autozone as I have a fleet of 8 vehicles this is the closest store to us so it’s convenient. I will not be returning and would rather spend more time going else where honesty, integrity and character are business practices and not deception. Good luck to you all

  Had an had some concerns with my car battery and when I walked in I was greeted and immediately helped. He was able to diagnose that I had a bad battery, showed me options for getting replaced and was honest about what would work best for me. Then easily replaced it and I was on my way. All under 30mins! The whole transaction was smooth, the gentleman was kind and helpful.

  I recently visited this Auto Zone located at 3701 South blvd for help purchasing refrigerant for my AC, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The manager Marcos V was kind, patient, and absolutely knowledgeable. He took the time to help me find the exact parts I needed and even walked me through how to find a guide if I wanted to make the repair myself. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers feel confident and informed, but he went above and beyond. Thanks to his guidance, my repair went smoothly, and I left feeling supported rather than overwhelmed. Highly recommend this LOCATION and especially the manager for anyone who needs expert help and exceptional customer service. I was almost in tears.

  It took a long while to share this awful experience but I gave them many chances to write their wrongs and they let me down every time. At first I went in to get coolant for my car, and I asked an employee which one my car needed, and little to my surprise they picked out the wrong coolant for my car. I didnt notice this was the wrong one until after I had already poured it into my car. Then I had to go to walmart and buy a turkey baster just to remove it. Then I go back to this store to return or exchange for the coolant my car needed, but they said tough luck even though they picked me out the wrong fluid. On top of that, apparently the worker was also so careless he didnt securely close the coolant tub. Of course I didnt notice and put it in the back of my car, and the next day i see the entire tub spilled out snd ruined everything in the trunk of my car and the finish of the interior due to their workers negligence. A month ago I called customer support to get in touch with a local supervisor or gm of these stores, assuring they would get back to me in a few days, only to never hear from them again. They are lazy and take your money and make everything your problem while ghosting you, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS
