  I recently purchased a battery, the gentleman behind the desk was extremely helpful and installed it without any complaints, I didn’t get his name, but the customer service was excellent!!

  Ms. Kia and Mike are awesome! Kia handled my call when I inquired about needing a new battery for my Altima. Mike put it in everybody was super helpful super Swift and super thorough super kind. I didn't know it was going to be this awesome I appreciate the experience!! And I thank you for your help AutoZone on Freedom drive next to Bank of America

  I went to Autozone today and purchased windshield wipers, turns out they were the wrong ones so I had to head back to the store and return them. Both times, I was helped by Jeremy Moon. Jeremy was so kind and professional both times. He helped me with my return, worked with me to find the correct wipers for my car when I came back to return the wrong ones, even went out to my car to make sure we got the correct blades. I’m so grateful to have had the help from Jeremy both times. Also, the store was very busy, long line, phones ringing a lot. He also managed to help a customer on the phone at the same time as helping me with my wipers. The whole time, he was so kind. I feel that this was truly a 10/10 customer experience and Jeremy deserves major kudos! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Please update the website that says this AutoZone recycles old batteries. The website search tool will take you to this AutoZone for battery recycling, but the manager refuses. Nice customer service reps all the same.

  Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had at an AutoZone. The store advertises that it’s open until 10:00 PM, so I drove there because I urgently needed power steering fluid for my car. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, the manager told me one register was “card only” and asked if I was paying with cash or card. Since I had cash, I moved to the other register. Only then was I told they were no longer accepting cash at all. I even offered to let them keep the exact amount because they said they didn’t have change, but they still refused to complete the sale. If your store can’t accept cash, customers should be informed before they waste their time standing in line. Better yet, if you advertise that you’re open, you should be able to complete transactions. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude. There was no empathy, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or the fact that I was trying to buy something essential to safely operate my vehicle. I left without the product I desperately needed and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated. Customer service and communication were completely lacking.
