Today I purchased an engine air filter for my 2024 Honda Accord. I wasn't sure how to open the air filter cover, so I asked a Black gentleman on the staff for help after he had finished assisting another customer. He kindly helped me by unclipping the two latches on the cover. While he was helping me, a woman who appeared to be the manager and who also spoke Spanish came outside. Earlier, she had told me that the store could not help with installations. When she saw the employee helping me, she came outside and reminded him that they were not allowed to help customers. Her tone came across as rude and disrespectful, and the interaction was embarrassing. I understand that a store may have a policy against helping with installations, but the employee was simply kind enough to help me open the cover so I could install the air filter myself. He was polite and professional throughout the interaction. The way the manager handled the situation left me feeling unwelcome. Because of this experience, I plan to avoid this store in the future.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention because the level of service I received was disappointing and caused a significant inconvenience. I showed up at 7:40 a.m.. they open at 7:30 a.m.. nobody was there. Doors were locked and nobody answered my calls.
