  The staff was friendly and helpful. I usually come here to get regular car maintenance supplies, like motor oil and oil filters.

  So grateful for such a patient caring staff at this AutoZone. I recently had my check engine light come on. I asked a friend of mine that works at a car shop what I should do, after checking the code, he suggested I get two new sensors. He told me to get it from AutoZone. So I ordered it here online because they were not in stock. When one came in I picked it up and paid because it was from the hub. The second one I picked up was directly from the vendor, which I prepaid for when I ordered it. Anyhow, about a week later the light goes off automatically, and I drive my car for the next 4 days to make sure it doesn’t come back on. It didn’t. So I came back to AutoZone to return them. John was very kind and was able to return the second sensor with no issue because it was in original packaging. The first one was not, I made that mistake of not checking the products before leaving originally. But thankfully Bryan was able to work with me. I’m so grateful for their help and professionalism.

  Don’t order anything from this store. Order take 1 week and they are rude! You will not get parts on time to fix your car! Zero customer service here! I Ordered same item in a different Auto Zone and got it on 4 hrs. They texted me when I made the order and when it arrived. This place does not text. You keep calling and they behave like they don’t even see what you ordered. Useless store!

  Went here today to get a new battery for my vehicle and Kirby was the absolute best. He replaced my battery and also cleaned my wires because of all the corrosion. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Thanks again Kirby and I will see you next time if I need assistance!! Praise God!!

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to Mark, the Store Manager. He was extremely courteous, patient, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. He gave me all the support I needed and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Employees like him make a real difference and are a great reflection of AutoZone's commitment to customer service. Thank you for having such an exceptional Store Manager on your team. He deserves to be recognized for his dedication, professionalism, and outstanding care for customers. I also would like to recognize Max, the Assistant Manager, who was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout my visit. His professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help stood out. Thank you for having such a wonderful member on your team.
