  Horrible customer service and defective parts. The radiator I purchased in May is leaking from the bottom 2 months later. I now have to pay for a new radiator plus installation and then get a refund when I return the part.

  unprofessional and unhelpful service.I visited this location today (July 7, 2026) around 11:18 AM because my Check Engine light was on. A female employee refused to help me, claiming their "system was down." As anyone who knows about cars understands, an OBD-II scanner reads engine codes locally and does not require an internet connection to display the code on the screen. Even if they couldn’t print the full report, she could have easily read the code from the device's screen.As someone who speaks limited English, this felt less like a system issue and more like an excuse to refuse service or clear discrimination. Experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome and unsafe. AutoZone management needs to review their team's behavior during this shift and ensure all customers are treated with respect, regardless of their language skills.

  Definitely racial profiling in this store. The unprofessionalism and disrespect Antonio and Barbara at this store has shown to myself and my mechanic is uncalled for. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

  BARBARA. very bad saleswoman ignored my greeting and did not want to attend me this person of brown color and the client who was before me was treated perfectly and the person who attended me was moved from the box where he was charging me. I had never had this experience in this autozone.
