  Left a truck there for 3 days. No communication had to keep calling for status. They did no repairs or oil change . Said they couldn't find the issue that we were complaining about. 3 days later had to tow it in to Parks Chevrolet. They found several issues cost over $1600 for repairs.

  A very nice new location with a great home like feeling if you have to wait, also noticed a big staff change with more professional and knowledgeable mechanic's.

  One of our regular customer broke down in North Carolina due to an unforseen circumstance , this last weekend, customer was in a panic , we contacted numerous shops that could not help him, When we called Automotive triage they were friendly and very understanding out our customer situation. Worked with us on getting parts and knocking the job out in a timely fashion. Price was very reasonible , We highly recommed Automotive triage to anyone in the concord area.   I wish I could give 10 stars! Automotive Triage LLC of Charlotte NC should be on everyone’s speed dial and go to for ALL your automotive needs. Their diagnostics are impeccable and the quality of work is exemplary. Their team wants YOU driving a safe and reliable vehicle. They will make this happen. Great location that makes it easily accessible to Charlotte and surrounding areas. My car was in, diagnosed and issue identified with resolution plan immediately! Don’t overlook this locally owned business.
