It turned out to be Jaelan K. who works there. I intended to go in and figure out what I needed myself. But without hesitation he got on his computer and asked what he can help me find. The tone didn't feel like he did this because it was his job, he genuinely wanted to help me find what I was looking for. This was no over-the-top fake concern. Jaelan K. has a cool, calm demeanor that really made shopping a pleasure. I had to shake his hand to thank him for his customer service as I left the store. I also observed him be just as helpful to his coworker. She offered to swap task, but he calmly stated that he had no problem finishing what he already started as well.

Ldarius asked me if I needed front or back brakes, and obviously I wasn't sure. Ldarius and manager Omarion came out to my truck, got down on the ground and felt both my front, and my back brake pads, and informed me that I was in need of both. My plan was to purchase the brakes there, but I was informed they don't sale lifetime brakes, but I would definitely go to this location again for other needs.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
