    At this point I'm convinced the staff receive weekly bonus checks based on how many customers they don't service or cause to simply walk out the store. Interestingly, it's not a staffing issue but an absence of leadership. There's a lot of moving and talking but little of that energy is being contributed to moving the customers along. Call it a day if you see one on the phone with a potential customer talking like old friends catching up from high school. They've learned to weaponize incoming calls to evade physical customers in the store. I ponder does the staff take bets on who can be the most elusive when it comes to checking a customer out. I don't doubt those cash registers are in mint condition based on the their lack of use. I think one was still covered in plastic..lol. "sarcasm"
