We had to pull over at 9pm unknowingly what the issue was we went in and explained what the van was doing without hesitation the store manager grabbed items and came and looked and assisted us after explaining we was a facility and had clients who was use to a schedule and some being afraid of the dark . Ms Aundrea I thank you for your excellent customer service, for your compassion and for your knowledge because of you staying over to assist us we made it back to our facility safety I hope this review does not go unnoticed more Managers need your type of training even at the end of the day you made us feel like your first customer.

What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
