  Excellent experience at Valvoline on East Franklin St in Chapel Hill. Fast and friendly service with no pressure sales. I will definitely return for my next oil change.

  It was ok. The young man that assisted me was kind, but I don’t believe you checked my lights after I left realizing that. I Kind of had a little bit of a wait ⏱️ but they only have two beds. I’ll still go back to this location in Chapel Hill I’m staying in Raleigh because the one I went to before out in Cary I believe was awful. The location I usually go to at the Forum in Fort Myers is always 5🌟

  Never come here. Came for inspection today and scam my brother saying my windshield wiper gotta be replace to pass state inspection. I just replace the wiper blades 3 months ago. They wouldn’t pass it cuz of my windshield wiper. Never coming here again. Such a scam they knew it was new and still they just wanted to make money. Taking advantage of people

  i didn't appreciate someone trying to sell me a $ 10 filter for $ 54 . If they said $ 25 , they get the sell. You make a very reasonable profit and have a much more satisfied customer. Now as it stands you'll never get any extras sold to this customer .. it's called the 'gouging effect.'
