  On 7/6/2026 at opening The manager told me go to the dealer For a lower control arm replacement You would’ve thought I ask for A engine replacement. you don’t have to tell me twice that you don’t wanna work on my car. go to someone Who appreciates a paying customer. Never heard a shop said go somewhere else. Basically they don’t feel like working the days we living in is crazy.

  Created an appointment to try to get a diagnosis on my car AC that stopped working unexpectedly. Scheduled for 3:30 they close at 5. I walk in and the rudest man at the register tells me they won’t do shit for me. They require 2 hours minimum for any AC problem but online they still accept my appointment and email me confirmation that they’ll do it. I would be fine with accepting that and I have not made Google reviews before but that man was rude. After I drive all the way there they also tell me that no matter what the problem is (they have no idea what the problem is…I was trying to get that checked) the total cost will be $314. How do you tell someone $314 will be the final cost before they even take a look at the car. Doubt they would even charge me that. Probably would have up charged me way more for some made up reason. Don’t come here.

  I was a walk-in customer. I had been experiencing a slow leak for a few days and was hoping Mr. Tire would at least look at the tire since I was a walk-in customer. They communicated to me that they would be able to look at it before they closed that day. To my surprise within about 2 hours waiting they were able to inspect the tire, notify me of the issue, patch the tire, and get me back on the road. Thanks for fixing my tire.

  Don't bother with setting an appointment online. I set mine up, drove there just to be told it'll be 2 hours just to have my tires rotated...

  Have used them a few times when my daughter in Chapel Hill had problems with her car. Very trustworthy and helpful (and better prices!) I’m in Illinois so it’s great to have a place to go to that you feel comfortable with!
