  My experience with this place was actually insane…please do not go here for any reason!! The first guy and Sean I dealt with when I initially came in was very helpful and kind. Then, it turned into a nightmare. I was told I’d receive a call when the tire came in so I can come in the morning after work to get it put on. I never received a call, so when I called and asked if the tire came in, they did have it and said it just came in. I asked if I could come at 5:30 to get it put on before work as they close at 7. The guy in the background on the phone was huffing and puffing, started swearing and yelling about staying “late” to put on my tire (they close at 7)… and had I gotten the call that the tire was in (because they never did), I would’ve been there sooner but I live 35 minutes away. I called back to confirm what this man was saying and the guy in the background was calling me names etc. upon coming here for my tire, I do not trust that he didn’t do anything to my car. They were very rude when I came in, mind you, all I did was ask to come at 5:30 (THEY CLOSE AT 7)!!!!!! I am very worried that something purposefully was done to my tire with this man here and I feel unsafe.

  I went in for brake service on a Saturday morningm. They were able to accommodate my needs and finish the job before the promised time. They were upfront about the charges and they were professional and efficient. My son went there a few months back and also had excellent service. N.B. The price per axle seemed to be the going rate at other service centers.

  I don’t know where to start—I lied about fixing my car. I had to watch them do it again to ensure it was done properly. The manager is very disrespectful and a liar; with this much turnover, I can see why they can't keep people. I will never be back to this location.
