  I have been a customer of enterprise for well over 12 years. During t son’s graduation celebration I was met with the most unprofessional workers. Prior to o have never had a problem with Cleona however the service Lisa and Tyler provided was unacceptable. During my visit I expressed that I was unhappy with the service provided including the was I was spoken to. While my rental was being prepared Tyler went to the back and expressed to Lisa that I was being rude. Because I told him that I would be putting a Google review up. Do you know Lisa’s came out and screamed a that she would not be renting to me because I stated that I was going to put a Review up! I’m not even kidding. We’re went back and forth about it and she eventually called the police on me. And now the refuse to service me…. Would not RECOMMEND! Very disappointed in Enterprise!

  Came on a Saturday for my reservation. First, the vehicle that you pick on the website may not be the car that you get. You will get a completely different car than what you picked out on the website. Secondly, there was only one worker so we waited for a very long time and it was very busy. If you know that it's going to be busy, then you should staff accordingly. This was not a great experience at all.

  6 PM reservation. Got there at 6. Knocked on the window. No one was there. Tried support for 15 minutes. Noticed someone was inside. They said it’s past 6:15 so they cannot rent me the car. Why make a reservation for 6 and why hide in the back until I can no longer reserve the car. Talked with support, they said my reservation would be transfer to the airport. Got the airport and they had no clue. Horrible experience

  I love this Office, the people there are very friendly. They move things along really quickly and they’re always very helpful. I’d give them more than five stars if I could.
