  I was passing through the area on a cross-country trip when my truck kicked an engine light and started acting a fool. I could not drive any further without immediate attention so I limped the truck into the shop. Walker was working behind the desk and quickly ran the codes and diagnosed the problem. The part was there in less than 10 minutes. Lee worked his magic and the truck was running again. I pulled in with about 1 hour left before closing. Other shops might have pushed this work off until the next day, but not these folks. They had it done and I was back on the road posthaste! Big thanks to East Franklin Car Care!

  I am currently disabled and had to utilize the full service gas this place is always been incredible I want to thank Casey and the crew for keeping the station alive this place is a pillar in the community

  They do a great job, had some serious repairs (alternator, battery, belts), completed within a day, and for a really fair price too. Thanks!

  Had my car towed there late Saturday, and they had called with a repair plan and then fixed the problems before noon on Monday. The process was easy. The price was incredibly fair. At no point did I feel spoken down to as a woman. Great customer service and my car sounds better than it has in years. Highly recommend!

  Very quick tire repair in a convenient location. I will definitely go here for state inspections and shop or eat while I wait.
