  I have been coming to this location for many years. It's close to where I live and it's convenient. Never felt the need to leave a review like this, but this is the last straw. I came in for a standard oil change. Made an appointment for it too as you should. With that in mind, an oil takes 30 minutes max. If I make an appointment, I do expect to have some level of priority among other folks who just walk in. It has been almost 2 hours at this point. I stand at the from waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come talk to me. When I finally get someone, THEY HAD NOT STARTER ON MY TRUCK 😂 you can't make this up.

  I had an appointment scheduled to have my car inspected. I arrive five minutes before my appointment time, turned in my keys, and waited. After an hour of waiting with no communication from the staff, I had to ask what the delay was and was then told that they were having trouble with their computer and were just finishing up. If they had communicated this immediately when the issue arose, I would have left to get lunch nearby and returned for my car when it was finished rather than wasting an hour on my day off.

  I had a scheduled appointment for 9:00 a.m. at this particular location(Harrison Ave. Cary, NC)I did not leave from there until after 1:00 p.m.. the lady in the front was more concerned about going to the back where the guys were then to take care of business on the front line. That was the older gentleman their name Michael he was very attending and courteous. But he has retired. This place has went down since the last year. I hope it gets better! But I don't plan to come back to that location.

  We’ve had all our cars, including a European one, serviced here for years and it’s always a great experience. Very honest and trustworthy team, service and repairs are usually very quick and always done correctly the first time and pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

  Wanted to charge my son in law $1300 for an oil change, diagnosis, coolant temp sensor and thermostat. You are looking at probably 45 minutes tops to do the work. Got the parts for $100 and did it in the parking lot next to them in 20 minutes. While there waiting on the truck, a customer comes in and needs a tire sensor. Guy told him it would $237 + tax!!!! I work at a dealership and our most expensive sensor installed is about $127. No wonder repair shops get investigated
