  I meant to leave a review right after the service a few weeks ago: The service was great; mostly professional, told me what needed to be done for my car to be repaired and even better, they allowed me to order the part myself (rim replacement, it also needed a new tire too but the rim I had to get myself as Hyundai was quoting $1k plus to this location) and saved me a ton of money. I also needed a new tire and here's where I wish they could have done better, it appears they over inflated the tire they installed which I feel like they should have not missed because as soon as I got the car the driving experience was a bit rough. At least they let me order the rim myself & the turnaround time was around 2 days but they were also busy at the same time. Thank you!

  Very Disappointing Customer Service I made an appointment at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers and called ahead to confirm it. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, they told me that I needed to “learn how to make an appointment” and then abruptly hung up on me in a very disrespectful manner. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is no reason to treat a customer this way, especially when they are simply calling to confirm an appointment. I hope management addresses this issue so that other customers do not have to experience the same kind of treatment. Very disappointing experience with the customer service.

  I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for years and lately the service levels have gone down tremendously. Most recently I brought in one of my 4Runners to have an alignment and balance done on the wheels. Soon as I got it back it was driving worse than when I brought it in. I turned around and they said it was fixed. I figure I’d test it for a week or so and It slightly improved but still pulls right. I believe the turn over on technicians there is high these days and they are definitely not quality checking the work. I’ve asked to take it back to have it looked at and hope they’d do a courtesy and check it. I’m reluctant to go back because of the quality of service. Sad because they were consistent for so long.

  Personally, would not recommend. First, this is the most expensive oil change I have ever had. I typically pay around $80. There is no reason why it should be upwards of $110. Second, don't expect to be taken care of anywhere near your appointment time. I had an appointment at 11:30 for just a basic oil change. Around 1pm, it was still not done and when asked for an ETA, I was told, "An appointment only guarantees you a slot." That is actually not how appointments work. Don't offer more appointments than you have people or time to service. It should never take over 2 hours for an oil change. If you want to waste money and an entire afternoon, this is your place. Will never ever be back and would not recommend to anyone.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I took my vehicle to this Mr. Tire location for a routine state inspection and was told it failed because the rear brakes supposedly needed to be replaced and my taillights needed to be changed. The total estimate was around $450. Before authorizing any repairs, I inspected the vehicle more closely and found that the rear brakes still had plenty of life left and the taillights were working properly. I then sought another opinion, and it confirmed that those repairs were not needed. Based on my experience, I left feeling like the inspection was being used to sell unnecessary repairs rather than provide an honest assessment of my vehicle. Whether it was carelessness or an attempt to upsell, it completely destroyed my confidence in this shop. A state inspection is something customers should be able to trust. I can’t recommend this location after my experience, and I strongly encourage anyone who receives a costly repair estimate here to get a second opinion before spending their money.
