  I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. I want to sincerely thank Randy for all of his help. Every now and then I’ve taken my company vehicle to other shops in the area, big mistake! At this point, I only trust Mr. Tire and Randy. Randy took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle battery and clearly explain everything the other shop had done wrong. He also handled my new tire installation and alignment, patiently answering all of my questions and walking me through every step. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to recognize outstanding service. Thank you, Randy, for your time, knowledge, and patience, it’s greatly appreciated!

  If I could put less than 1 star I would. DONT GO HERE. They forced my girlfriend to buy a new car because they messed it up so bad. They cracked the oil pan and upon driving home all the oil drained out causing the engine to run on no oil and overheat and coolant to spray over the engine. They then would not take accountability and were trying to avoid telling us they did anything wrong. Then when we confronted them they got super petty and sketchy and unprofessional. The workers resulted to throwing the work papers that we asked for at us and had a bad attitude throughout the process. Trying to force the problem on us even though they were the ones who caused the issue. During the whole process we didn’t get one update or call and had to call them to figure out what was going on. They couldn’t decide on one problem and kept changing the things that were wrong with the car. And when we asked for a flush of the oil and coolant because there was probably metal shavings in the engine they didn’t do it. It resulted in us deciding to get a new car because we felt that because of their service the car wasn’t going to last us and we were worried about the engine blowing.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. I wish I could give this no stars. My partner took his Ford f-150 to this tire shop and they not only tried to charge him almost 800$ for a set of lugnuts but they also torqued his tires to only 25 pounds of pressure. For reference the standard is 150 pounds of pressure. Today is Father's Day and we are loading our 10 month old son into his truck to go on a road trip. If he had not thought to check the torque on his truck, our entire family could've died. This is not only gross negligence but I also believe intentional. I don't know how anyone who puts on tires every single day could have accidentally, especially after a dispute over the cost of the work, put tires on a vehicle so dangerously. We purchased four brand new tires from this shop for almost 1,200$ and I wish we could take back that choice. Do not take your car to this shop.

  We scheduled an alignment on a 2015 ford 250 due to a front end rebuild at 2:30 pm on 6/20/2026. We returned after an hour and a half and the truck was still on the lift and was advised by the mechanic he did not know how much longer it would take. We sat outside the shop for about 15 more minutes before we were called and told that some things were loose but shop could not advise what was loose and asked if we wanted them to tighten these items for an hourly labor rate of 168 dollars. We advised we would tighten said items that we weren’t even told what was loose. Shop advised to return in 30 to 45 minutes and alignment would be completed. When we returned we were told alignment could not be completed due to said loose items that shop still could not tell us what was loose. The drivers side floor board has grease in it due to mechanic stepping inside vehicle without putting a paper mat down and grease prints were left on the door handle

  This location was 5-Star a year ago. Service has gone downhill since. They use a call center now for appointments, which is a pain but whatever. Brought my car in for tires, alignment, and A/C check. Had an 8:30 AM appointment. I was told it would take approximately 3 hrs so I decided to wait. It took 6 hours and I never got an update about timing until I got up and finally asked about 5 hours in. I was told it was almost done at that point. Another hour later I was called up to pay, and told to have a good day. My car wasn't in the lot and I wasn't given back my documents or key. I came back in and asked where my car was. It was still up on the lift and I had to wait another ten minutes before it was actually ready to go. Super disappointed in my experience here and will not be coming back. It used to be worth it to pay the higher prices for great service. Now you're paying premium prices for garbage service and garbage results. **Edit** after getting home and looking over my paperwork, the alignment shows multiple areas out of spec on the final alignment. This was not mentioned to me as I was checking out. Why did I pay for an alignment if it's not going to be completed correctly? **Edit June 25** I called the Mr Tire Corporate number, and they were able to help me make an appointment at a different location to get the alignment re-done and A/C diagnosis done with no cost to me. The second location (Rt 54 in Durham) was much better about communicating, and they were able to adjust the alignment and give me an actual answer about my A/C.
