  I had a very helpful experience at Mr tire on Hi House Road Cary NC. The Manager was extremely helpful and with Advise and recommendations for additional Upcoming care for my vehicles. I have been a long time Customer for many years. I highly recommend you take advantage of keeping your car in good condition with Mr tire.

  Had a punctured tire repaired with a patch & when I got to the stoplight my low tire alarm dinged?? 🤔so I turned around & went back to the garage & they had patched & filled up the tire with enough air to test for the leak, however I was still 22 lbs low? With this being a tire shop I would have thought all 4 tires would have been checked & filled before it left the garage??? 👌just a suggestion!

  These guys usually do really great job replacing and fixing tires. I was happy with their service before and came back the other day to replace tires again. I picked up the car last night and they did a great job with tires again. But this morning I realized that the master window switch on the driver door was broken. One window would go down but wouldn’t go up. I’m pretty sure it worked before I left the car there cuz I drive with windows down every day. I‘ve just talked to Mike and he took a look at the broken switch but refused to admit it’s possible they have broken it. He didn’t even contact the guys who worked on the car yesterday. The only thing he offered is to give me a price for replacing the panel. Mr. Tire, you spoiled my day! I know it’s not a big deal, l’ll order the panel at Amazon and replace it myself. I’m sure your guys broke the switch a did that accidentally. But you’ve just shown how much you care about and how you value your customers. Not much. Very disappointing.
