  Mike was extremely helpful. We had a flat tire and on a very busy day he took care of all my worries. We then drove 585 miles back home and the repair is perfect People make all the difference

  Made an appointment for a state inspection online. After I showed up for the appointment, the person at the front desk said they didn’t have a state inspector on the weekend, and that he *thought* he tried to call me. It was a blatant lie as I didn’t receive any email/call/text from them beyond the appointment confirmation. He was not apologetic at all.
