Dan and Ricky at the Mr. Tire were absolutely amazing!! They were so kind and were able to get my car battery fixed after being stuck after a long night shift with no way to get home. I wasn’t able to get to my car until right at closing and instead of just locking up and leaving they called me to make sure that I was still coming. So grateful for them for making a hard day better!!! Would definitely recommend to a friend!!

All I needed was a valve stem replacement and a tire rotation. was great at helping me out, and was super chill. He’s clearly doing a great job at running this place better than the last person. It was my first time here and I’ll be coming back for sure, they did very quick and fulfilled work on my car.

The front desk rep said that my vehicle needs a coolant flush to pass the state inspection. We know that's not true. But its what it is and the complementary tire rotation was not done. I trusted your service. I was grossly taken advantage off. You used to be great at one time.

They made the experience of getting an emergency new tire as pleasant as can be. The assistant manager was a little soft spoken, but communicated and explained my options in a realistic way with no pressure. We are all extremely happy with the overall service and will return for further auto repair needs.,

If there was an option for 1/2 a Star, I would have selected it. I went online and scheduled my truck to have a new set of tires put on. I entered all of the information and wasn't asked to do anything else in advance of my visit. I felt the need to call the next day and confirm my appt. It was a good thing that I did b/c the person that answered claimed that their online system was unreliable and they needed additional information...which I provided. I was supposed to be the 1st appt of the morning and they said it would take 1.5-2 hours. I showed up early, checked in and then spent 3.5 hours waiting and listening to the receptionist and mechanic disparage their co-workers while my truck sat idle in the air with no tires and no one working on it. I likely wouldn't have left when I did had I not reminded the receptionist that I needed to go. I got on the road and immediately went to the interstate to check my balance and alignment. Good thing that I did because it was terrible...no way that they balanced OR aligned the brand new set of tires that I just purchased. So I went back. I spent another hour while they balanced and aligned my tires. I went to leave and the mechanic had left an impact wrench in my front seat...which I returned. I got out on the interstate again and while it was better...it wasn't good. Additionally, one of my lug nuts was missing along with 2 of my valve stem caps. I won't be back and I STRONGLY suggest you avoid this particular Mr. Tire.
