  I went to this Mavis location today and had the best Mavis Tire experience to date. When I came in I met Ben at the front desk; he was very friendly and helpful with every customer that came in. I previously had a bad experience at a different Mavis location and I explained my concerns to him and he reassured me that he and his team at this location lead with integrity and honest, WHICH THEY DID. Ben and his team looked at my car told me exactly what I needed without trying to sell me things I did not and I was in and out. I will be returning to this location for all future services.

  I have had 3 fantastic experiences here in the last several months, starting with an unfortunate flat tire that could not be repaired. Due to the nature of my car's AWD, I ended up having to replace all 4 tires. I was prepared to replace them with the exact same tire that they came with but I was advised to go with a different brand for performance purposes. Additionally, the recommended tires had a rebate associated with them and were available quickly. It was great advice -- I can actually notice the difference in performance and love the tires! So happy for their guidance. Unfortunately I recently had to return due to another flat tire, thankfully in a place that could be patched. I was also dealing with a tire key that was destroyed by the AAA roadside assistance I received. The folks at Mavis completely took care of me -- fixed the flat, put a temporary non-locking lug nut on and gave me advice on replacing the key. I returned with a new key and locking lug nut and within moments it they had replaced it. I've interacted with 3 wonderful staff there -- unfortunately I can only remember the names of two. I'm grateful to Ben, Alex, and the 3rd gentleman who helped me with the initial tire purchase and with the flat tire repair. I highly recommend Mavis Tire and Brakes on Kildaire Farm Rd. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I've been able to get service in a timely and efficient way. I will most definitely return for future work as needed.
