  I had a flat tire and went here to see about getting it fixed. It was unfortunately unfixable. I don’t know the man’s name but he was soooo very helpful. I told him I needed to get a tire from a different and he said… it didn’t matter, he just wanted me safe!! He put my spare on at no charge btw.. and I was on my way. I just want to thank him so much for his care and making sure I was safe!!

  I was a walk in customer this afternoon at the Mavis location on Kildaire Farm Rd iin Cary, NC. Jamal at the front desk politely greeted me and assisted me with my tire selection. He was super nice and told me about a great deal on tires for my Kia Seltos. I had not planned to get tires today, however the tires were in-stock and Jamal told me that they could get them on my SUV in an hour. Really?! I apologize because I was skeptical that it would be completed on short notice in such record time.. BUT I was wrong!! Jamal was totally accurate and I walked out with a great set of tires in less than 45 minutes! Amazing! I recommend this place. I am a repeat customer. Today's customer service and satisfaction was awesome...on a scale of 1 to 10, I give my experience a 10! Jamal was very professional and also had the guys examine my front and rear brakes and promptly let me know that its not yet time for replacement, however he provided me with a ball park figure on pricing to get the work completed in the future. The check- in and payment process was very quick and pleasant. Go see Jamal at Mavis! He will hook you up with whatever you need for your vehicle.

  I had a tire emergency and the team handled everything fast, professionally, and with great customer service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free. Their prices were also very competitive. It’s hard to find places that truly care about their customers nowadays, but they absolutely earned my trust and my future business.

  Wonderful experience. Thought I had to buy a whole new tire and valve stem. Ended up only needing the stem. Ben was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything clearly and helped save me a lot of money I didn’t really have right now. The guys got me back on the road super fast. I’ve been coming here for many years and will continue to do so just for the honest and fair people who work here.

  I brought my daughter’s car in because it was making a strange noise, and I wasn’t sure what the issue was. They asked me to leave the car and said they would call me with an update. Within an hour, they called back and had already found the problem—it turned out something was bent. To my surprise, they fixed it free of charge and told me I could come pick up the car. I truly appreciate how much they helped me out. Brennan quickly identified and fixed the issue, and Jamal provided great customer service throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back for both my vehicle and my kids’ vehicles, and I will absolutely recommend them to others. Thank you so much!
