  I had a nail in my tire and from the moment I pulled into the parking lot, "Ben" greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional throughout the entire visit. They fixed my tire quickly and did an excellent job. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. Thank you, Ben, for your kindness and outstanding service. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

  I recommend this place for tires and general servicing stuff. Waiting area was clean, service was prompt, appointments are easy to make, and staff is friendly. I had an issue with one of my tires, made an appointment online for later that day, and was out in under an hour. Overall they’re nice with fair services and pricing! I was recommended by a friend who was looking for used tires, even though they didn’t carry used tires they gave him some recommendations where he could get some instead of being pushy and salesman-y. I recommend this place!

  James was awesome and very helpful throughout the process. I replaced all four tires on my Chrysler Pacifica and had an excellent experience with the local team. My only issue was with the inquiry call, which was routed to an online call center in New York. I was given incorrect information about pricing and appointment scheduling. Even though they confirmed my appointment over the phone, it was never actually booked, which caused me to make two trips. Despite that inconvenience, James and the team were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of once I arrived. I would recommend being cautious when calling the Mavis tire online number. Based on my experience, it's better to contact or visit the local team directly.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Ben and Jamaal. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. It’s not often you come across customer service this genuine, and their honesty and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Ben and Jamaal went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciated their friendly attitude and excellent service.
