  I’ve been coming here multiple times for oil changes, and in the past I always brought my own oil and filter, which they accepted and used. Today, I came in again with my own oil and filter. At first, they told me they would no longer accept customer-supplied oil and filters. I showed them my previous service records, but they still refused. They then told me they could do the oil change for around $70 using their own oil and filter, and I agreed. Later, another employee came back and told me that if they used my oil and filter, the price would be around $30, so I agreed to that instead. After waiting for about an hour, they came back and told me they had used my oil and filter but were charging me around $70 anyway. I explained the situation and told them that I only agreed because their employee specifically told me the price would be around $30 if they used my supplies. They refused to honor what I was told. On top of that, while I was waiting, they removed all four wheels and started telling me that my axles needed to be replaced. I came in for a simple oil change and ended up waiting an hour while being pressured about additional repairs. The communication between employees was extremely confusing, and I feel that I was given one price and then charged another. This was a very frustrating experience, especially as a returning customer. I will not be coming back here again. I recommend getting the price and exactly what will be used in writing before agreeing to any service.

  My husband and I went to Mavis tire around maybe 2 months ago, and usually we had a good service from here, but this time it seemed like they changed, with acting like they wanted to help but really being dishonest. They were dishonest about needing new brake pads and rotors, and we didn’t do it because of not having the money, so we went to our mechanic who would charge 200 dollars less and he told us what’s wrong with them? And we told them Mavis told us they need replacing and that our brakes was squeaking and he told us that there was nothing wrong and they were still brand new. They even gave us a 100 dollar cost on oil and told us we needed fuel injector we believe it is called , and charged us 200 and one time we were told on the phone it be 30 dollars off for oil change so I calculated it would be 90 dollars minus 30 with coupon and they still charged us 100 for the oil. I think they’re nice talkers but be very careful that you know what you need before going here and get second opinion if you don’t feel comfortable.

  Great service! Would highly recommend. We got a leak in our tire on our way to the beach and stopped here hoping they could fix it. Stacy was so nice and helpful, got us in quick and fixed us up. Would definitely come back here again.

  Stacey the manager was absolutely amazing. My wife and I were traveling from out of town and had a major tire leak. It was late in the day and everyone else was closed. When I called Stacey didn’t even hesitate. She told me to come on in and they would take care of me. No doubt if I lived in area I would be a repeat customer. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

  Terrific service from this Mavis. Came in with an issue from another store. The manager Stacey not only helped me but was extremely supportive and polite. She followed up the day after to make sure I was okay. You do not get this kind of service anymore from places. If you want the best service around this is the Mavis to go too.
