Import Motor Werks is a local, friends and family run business. We were established in Cary in 2007 and have been fortunate enough to work with an amazing group of people - from our mechanics to our great Service Advisors to our support staff. We specialize on European and Asian vehicles and strive to be a dealership alternative to those clients that prefer a smaller, more personal experience.

Nothing has ever been returned for rework during their warranty of repair period. Also they provide a good pre-inspection for a used car you might wish to buy on the open market.

I’ve taken the car to other shops in the past, but have not been able to find a trustworthy and transparent one until now. From the initial contact to picking up my car after it was ready, the entire process was seamless and way less stressful than I had expected it to be. Kim reached out shortly after I submitted an inquiry through their website, and they had my car scheduled for a couple days after that. Daniel was the service advisor. Not only did they diagnose the misfire, but they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and found several other critical issues (the car was neglected before I bought it, so I was expecting other problems to arise). I’ve had the car back for a few days now, and it has never run and driven as well as it does now. It feels like a different car. You can clearly tell that Import Motor Werks cares about its customers and their cars. It is expensive (but very reasonably priced for the work), but you’re also paying for the quality that you will not be able to find anywhere else. The team here will absolutely ensure that the issues are resolved, and to the highest level of quality. I’d like to give a huge thank you to Kim, Daniel, and the rest of the team at Import Motor Werks. I will definitely take this car back when it needs service again.
