  Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an excellent business when it comes to customer service and working with your insurance company. It was the arrangements, selection of vehicles, and sincere friendly customer service that will keep me coming back as a loyal customer. They will check other Enterprise locations to find the vehicle size and price range you desire as well as meet you for pickup when the arrangements are made for the lease. I will definitely recommend this location to others in the near future.

  BEWARE: This Enterprise location's after-hours return policy bills through the following business day even if your return falls within 24 hours. My customer service experience at this branch was poor, and contrary to other reviews, the management team here doesn't take accountability for the information their staff provides, nor do they communicate well. I reserved and picked up a vehicle intending to keep it for one day, which I made clear to the employee assisting me. I specifically asked if returning it after hours would be a problem. I was told it wouldn't be, since the branch has a key drop-off box monitored by camera. That's actually why I chose this location my usual branch has the same setup, but was out of vehicles that day. I picked up the rental on a Friday in May and returned it after hours the next day (Saturday), within 24 hours of the original pickup. When I called Monday to confirm, the assistant branch manager said she'd call me back. She never did, so I called again Tuesday at close of business. That's when she and later the store manager informed me that the employee gave me the wrong information and that their actual after-hours policy bills the customer through the following business day. So instead of paying for one day, I was charged for three days. Also, since I paid extra for insurance, I was also billed for those extra days, so the total came to over $460. To make matters worse, the branch admitted they don't even review the after-hours drop-off camera footage despite that being the reason I was told it would be safe to return the car that way. I escalated the issue to Enterprise's corporate escalations team and have checked in periodically on my ticket status. As of today, I've received no update or resolution. If you rent from this location, get their after-hours policy in writing before you return your vehicle don't rely on verbal assurances from staff. EDIT TO RESPOND TO MARISA: Marisa, as previously mentioned, I already escalated this through your customer service and escalation teams and provided the same details you’ve mentioned over 90 days ago and have not received any manager follow-up.

  Don't even bother comparing prices.Don't even bother going to the airport location.If you're local, the enterprise is always the best price and so friendly personable, and whatever you need, they will accommodate!
