- KBKristen Bowman4 days ago1.0Terrible experience. I reserved a car in advance, but when I arrived, they didn't have the vehicle I had booked. Instead, I was told I could wait up to two hours for a car to arrive, with no guarantee that it actually would. Rather than honoring my reservation, they offered me a more expensive vehicle and expected me to pay the difference. The manager was argumentative throughout the interaction and seemed more interested in proving she was right than finding a solution or providing good customer service. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing, especially from the manager. I won't be renting from this Enterprise location again.
