  The transmission failed suddenly on our personal vehicle, and Silas at Enterprise on Team Hendrick Way quickly got us into an affordable rental car for a week. This enabled us to move forward with our vacation plans and shop for a new vehicle upon our return. Silas was courteous, personable, professional, and made the rental experience pleasurable.

  I love this location because it's convenient for an easy drop-off at Hamrick Collision.   My experience with Enterprise ever since I purchased my vehicle from Enterprise on Glenwood ave has been The “BEST” of The “BEST” of The “BEST”!!!!! My vehicle 🚗 purchase as well as vehicle rental!!!!!!

  Don't use this company. They need a lesson in customer satisfaction. Customer Service Reps are argumentative and lazy.

  I feel like they worked hard to give me the best experience and they succeeded! The vehicle was clean and had no issues. I would definitely use them again!
