  My experience was beyond my expectations. The representative Laila Harris was very experienced, helpful and nice with checking us out with our rented vehicle. This experience eased our minds after having a difficult day trying to locate a rental. I would definitely visit and recommend this location for future rentals.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. The staff member who assisted me during the pickup was professional, polite, and helpful. However, my experience during the evening drop-off was completely different. The staff member who assisted me at drop-off was uncooperative, argumentative, and came across as quite rude in the way the situation was handled. I would have identify the individual but not sure the name of lady, but the interaction left me extremely disappointed with my overall experience at this location.

  Soooooo I just went through a traumatic crash and my insurance uses enterprise and hertz for car rentals. It’s actually sad that I didn’t choose Hertz because I had no issues with them at all. I called I asked what I needed cancelled my reservation and went with them! Don’t walk but run to Hertzzzzzz. Enterprise is super heartless and could care less about what you’re going through! I spent over $60 in Lyft going to enterprise then a bank then back to enterprise just to end up with no car! One they need to be clear on EVERYTHING someone needs before renting like no one wants to be going back and forth anywhere then given no grace after you messed up because I was doing everything that was asked of me! Forst I was told to bring a debit or credit card with my license I bring that THEN I was told they didn’t take the card I had and my girlfriend couldn’t pay because she wasn’t on my dads policy so I went and got a debit card opened a bank account and everything THEN I was told to confirm my address but it was specific things like bills in Nc although they’re aware I’m not a permanent Nc resident and the apartment was in my girlfriends name. My phone was dying and with tears in my eyes I was getting rushed and told all of this was to avoid FRAUD?! But my insurance is the one who made the appointment and I had my policy and everything so it’s like dude what else do you want?! So I finally find a bill today and call to try and arrange something and guess what?! They kept hanging up on me so I took my $15,000 elsewhere! Definitely won’t EVER be using enterprise. Hertz gave me no issue at all NOT one and even called to pick me up to bring me to the location! Definitely don’t understand the hype about this so called “enterprise”🤣

  My bad, didn't have time to finish my review. For the last 20 some odd years, my wife & I have patronized this company & have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is very friendly & professional. Literally, unless unavailable, Enterprise is the only car rental company worth your business. Thanks again, Big E!
