  Very efficient service! I took my car to get a brake light replaced and the entire process was very quick. Rondel was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mavis to anyone!

  Very professional, helpful, polite. The gentleman put air in my tire so I wouldn’t be late for work. He told me to come back when I had time and they would check it and patch it if it needed it. They found a nail in it and they patched it. Wonderful service and I will definitely go back for new tires or an oil change. We are happy to have them in Whispering PinesNC.

  On our way home discovered a screw in our rear tire and pressure steadily decreasing. On very rural roads which created stressful situation and slight panic. Found this Mavis store close enough and was able to get there before going completely flat. Greeted with professional and friendly attitude which eased stress right away. Both Josh and tech Brandon were in addition very polite and positive. Was really nice to see such friendly and professional response because it’s not always the case. Thankful to the team at this Mavis store and their taking care of us and relieving our stress to get home safe. God bless guys!

  Went and got one tire changed which took over 2 hours. This was when the truck got pulled in. The person changing the tire seemed new and nobody wanted to help him. I also came home to my tire with chunks out of the rim and scratches everywhere on it. I would not recommend.

  I took my car because it was loosing air in the rear tire. When I got there we could not find the socket for the locks I looked everywhere Randell was super patient. We ended up removing the locks I looked with a special tool and got my tire fixed. I asked him if I get the lock can they replaced them for me, he said of course. So I did. Amber received me tus time around when they were done they did not charged me anything. They knew what happened and fix the problem the second time, well that’s is just GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were absolutely awesome I will recommend everyone to go to Mavis. Thank you Amber and Randell.
