  I worked with Josh today and he was absolutely awesome, he was honest, kind and very sympathetic with my situation. He said he’d give me an honest assessment and fix of my problem and he delivered. 10/10 recommend working with Josh at this location

  I had two great experiences at Mavis Tires & Brakes, and I especially want to recognize Josh for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly nice, professional, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure I was taken of. I would absolutely recommend this location based on my experiences.

  Professional , knowledgeable and courteous staff both on the phone and in person. Diagnosed issue and communicated clearly what and why it was needed. Fair pricing and convenient time slots. Please give them a try for all your car needs foreign and domestic!

  I came to Mavis to get a tire fixed that was leaking air. I was met by ASM Rondell before even getting into the store. My service technician Josh pulled the car into the stall to repair my tire within 3 minutes of arriving. Since I previously purchased my tires from Mavis I asked if they could rotate the tires. Rondell did not hesitate to have the work done for me. They finished both tasks in about an hour. Carlos the other ASM got me checked out quickly and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this store and will return myself when I need service or tires in the future.

  I had unfortunately run over a huge nail without realizing it. I was able to make an appointment online for the very next day easily on Mavis’ website, which was very convenient. When I arrived Amber was very helpful and the technician was able to replace my tires for me. I loved that they had a warranty option for the tires as well. I have to say that I had a very positive experience and will be going back for my vehicle needs.
