He also dug out rat piss from my cabin filter when he replaced it. Now that I think about it, should have gave him a tip. Sorry man I was moving fast. I'll remember you next time.

I took it to the mechanic and was told that you guys didn’t have the oil filter put back on. I paid 160$ for an oil change and tire rotation and even more to fix what you guys messed up. This is completely unacceptable.

They rotated my tires in the pouring rain (it wasn’t raining when we started). They were patient and kind when I had to take some time figuring out what oil was currently in my truck. They answered my questions fully, and I felt I could trust their advice. I made the stop on the way home from a work trip to Asheville, but I will be going out of my way to go back to this location for my next oil change. Thank you!
