- RSRay ShawSep 10, 20265.0Impressed! We have had many experiences with RV repair shops. We have been full time RVersfor 6 years. The majority of these experiences have not met our expectations. We contacted Leonard’s RV as our main A/C unit stopped working. They had a tech , Tracy, at our site. He diagnosed the A/C couldn’t be repaired, and would have to be replaced. Kyle ordered a new unit, and gave us a date that it would be installed. I then get a text letting me know that they would be able to do it a day earlier. The tech, Jason, arrived within the appointment time frame. Jason was knowledgeable, and polite. He installed our new unit, and I am sitting in cool RV. There are many RV repair facilities, some are better than others. The true difference is customer service. Leonard’s RV excels in customer service. They delivered sooner than their projected time, the techs are pleasant, and professional. And they deliver what they said they would. I will use Leonard’s RV for my RV needs when I am in the area. They are honest, fair, and people of their word.
