    If it would let me give less than one star I would I set up a reservation three weeks in advance for a multi day vacation the night before we were going to leave I receive a call that they do not have a car for me and my family so I did not have enough notice to even find another vehicle so my plans were all canceled. Which involved as you all may know no nonrefundable deposit for my vacation. I’m very upset that a reservation does not mean that it is reserved. The lady stated they do not hold cars. Also never a phone call or anything after this of any apologies for any sympathy whatsoever.

    I reserved a car and ended up taking my son to the ER before I could go pick it up. I called to let them know I would be late to which they said ok. When I got out of the ER and called with an ETA, they told me they couldn’t wait the extra 15 minutes and cancelled the reservation. Very little honor, false presentation of decency.

    I had to get my windshield repaired and I needed a rental to be able to travel to work. Our insurance covered is for a mid-sized sedan. After being bounced around to multiple different Enterprise locations, we finally called the Candler location. While they had no mid-sized sedans available, they were able to get us a Volkswagen Taos at no additional charge. It was easily the best vehicle I've ever driven. The two gentleman working there were amazing and answered all of our questions expertly. Whenever I need to rent a car again, I know who to talk to.

    I picked up a car on April 13, 2026. We were told twice no smoking in the car. There are also stickers in the car that show no smoking. We were taking our car to a garage so my son drove the rental. When I got in it, it smelled strong of Cigarette Smoke and there was the foil from the top of a pack of Cigarettes. There are also ashes in the drivers door and a pair of glasses. After being told twice not to smoke in the rental we were not asked if either of us were allergic to cigarette smoke. We're not smokers. I’ve was sick the entire time I was inside of it. I called at 1 o’clock and spoke to somebody at the corporate number. She sent us over to another branch when we got there somebody backed into us with their car. The manager Jared, was very rude. We were shook up. And upset and he didn't care. We had just got hit by a car I am disabled and it I had taken another step I would have been hit by the other car. Enterprise had angry people at both Locations. The one on Tunnel Road and the one on Patton Ave and this is ridiculous. Now all of our appointments had to be canceled because we’re trying to find a place to exchange the smoke filled vehicle and Jared would not do a report of the Accident on Enterprise Property. He told me to get back in my car because I was shook up from just being hit by a car. And I was upset. Your customer service is lousy. I’ve been renting from you for 40+ years and you need to do something about your Customer Service because both places were very rude. So we went to another location and when we tried to switch cars we were told we have to put up $1,000 which is our Insurance's Co-pay until the woman who hit us Insurance covers the rental. If Jared had done his job he could have verified what happened when we were all still there. I don't have $1,000 to give away especially for something I didn't do. If it were my fault my Insurance would take care of it and I wouldn't need to give them $1,000. Beware... Enterprise has gone downhill this year. I have been renting from them for 40 years. And the company is nothing like it was even 5 years ago. We have 3 locations in my City and 2 of them the employees were very rude. I've called the phone number for Corporate at 3pm and nobody called me back.
