  Juan at the counter was so sweet and helpful after we had just had a horrible experience with enterprise on tunnel road - he saved the day for my and my kids and even showed me how to use the car we rented. Really appreciative of the kind staff at this location! Car was perfect for what we needed, too.

  Dont get your insurance to rent you a car with enterprise they will tell you wrong return dates and charge you for the days that it actually was supposed to be returned 😡🤬

  This company does not have access to a dictionary. I'll start with pasting the definition of reservation here. Reservation: an arrangement to have something, such as a table at a restaurant, a hotel room, or a seat on an airplane, held for your use at a later time. Maybe the fact that Google's definition doesn't specifically mention the word "car" threw them. I reserved a car for today at 9:30. They then called me this morning to tell me that they gave it to one of the local auto body shops and they didn't have anything for me. OK they're bigger fish, it's annoying but I get it. Then I called back to ask if they had anything at one of their other locations. The guy first gave me a different story as to why my car wasn't reserved, then said I should call. When I asked if he could check he said no. So they created a problem, then went ahead and did all of nothing to fix it. Meanwile I have to reschedule my entire weekend. These people are not only incompentnt but also discurtious.
