  The technicians received me quickly and through the oil change quickly. They also were not pushy about the other services offered.

  I hope I can remember everyone's names but I believe the manager may have been Brandon, I primarily dealt with Kenneth, and Parker. In short, I like coming here. I like being able to chill in my car. I think the employees are honest and they dont pressure me. This might be my 3rd or 4th time here and I truly do intend to keep coming. I dont know how the prices compare to other places, but I like this location and the people who work here.

  Went there yesterday at 6 PM to get my truck inspected. The gentleman said that he was short staffed and could not inspect my truck. I understand this happens occasionally however there was no one else in the shop to have work done. He was too busy trying to clean the shop (sweeping the floor) to inspect my truck. Every other place I go for an inspection is just one person doing it.

  I brought my car in to the Cameron NC location on Friday for a routine oil change, and what should have been a simple service turned into a frustrating and unacceptable experience. After leaving, I discovered that my oil plate had not been reattached properly, causing it to scrape the ground while driving. This was clearly due to improper work during the service. When I returned the next day, I was told that the name listed on my receipt was not actually the person who worked on my vehicle, and that the employee whose name was used is the only one with proper certification. That alone raised serious concerns about how services are being handled and documented. Instead of properly correcting the issue, I was told they would zip tie my oil plate back on and that I would need to go get new screws myself. That is completely unacceptable. If damage or improper work was caused during service, the responsibility to fix it should not fall on the customer. I requested to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a call back on Monday, April 20th. It is now Monday, and I have yet to hear from anyone. This experience shows a lack of accountability, poor workmanship, and unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this location based on how this situation is being handled.

  My experience here was amazing everybody was smiling. They got my car's oil changed and filter changed SUPER quick. Making sure my tires were done and my oil checked correctly. Highly recommend. Location: Cameron, NC 28326.
