  Hello my name is Eisha Fox and I stopped by this store on May 19th to get a socket wrench to change my car battery. Employee Tony was there and he helped me find the right socket wrench and holder secure my battery. He not only showed me what to get, but he also changed the battery for me. He also took the time to teach me as he went along. He went above and beyond, and I am thankful. I truly would like to do something nice for him to show my appreciation. He is a kind and patient person who did not hesitate to help me. Thank you again Tony.

  I had a great experience at AutoZone. Store Manager Tony Smith was very professional, polite, and went above and beyond by installing my windshield wipers after my purchase. Excellent customer service and a very friendly attitude. I truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend this location to others!

  I went to autozone in Cameron, NC and Tony Smith helped me with my truck battery among other things. He recommended we go with the AMG battery vs the acid battery like we already had. Tony is knowledgeable and willing to help with more than just your current car/truck problems. Tony also gave recommendations on a tire pump and a jump box. I recommend you go see Tony for your automotive needs if you stay on that side of town.

  Ann H helped us with a diagnostic,she was so kind.Tony also greeted us kindly and helped us choose the best battery for our vehicle, explained the difference between the upgrade from them versus what was in our vehicle.He didn't stop there.He gave other recommendations on some other concerns we had.Tony is very knowledgeable. This experience was the absolute best and Tony you have customers for life.Thank you for going the extra step Tony!

  As a person who always feels so dumb walking into a car place and asking a bunch of questions I don't know how to ask.... I have to give this place such a big compliment! Tony, the manager, has been here many times when I've come in... But I really appreciate his store and his employees! Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. I always pick the place that has consistent products and who will answer questions for someone who doesn't feel like they know very much. This place stands out more than any other place since we moved here 3 years ago for being one of the most helpful and the most prepared and that really does make a difference. I'd rather drive over here than somewhere closer to my house because of the experience I get every time. 🙏🫡
