  Smurf it's just soo helpful and personable! I love this store! TL; DR • this store is always clean. • this store is always well stocked. • this store has really helpful people at the front desk who are qualified and helpful when answering questions. • this store has really friendly employees. Every time I move somewhere, I try a few auto parts stores out and I stick to the one with the best customer service. Sometimes it's auto-zone. Sometimes it's O'Reilly's, etc. I am the main errand runner for my husband and five boys and I rarely know what they're talking about if they send me to Autozone. This particular location has been so consistent and has exceeded my expectations each time I have gone in! Today I walked in and told Smurf that I was driving my son's car and I noticed A, B and C. I asked him if he can help me because I wanted to surprise my son with getting him the correct parts. And he said no problem. So he asked me some questions about the car and verified what I was talking about and instead of sending me over into the aisle (which he very much could have!) He walked over himself to verify the correct parts and part numbers were there. 🤩 Then, when I was back at the register, I said, "Oh, I forgot. I wanted to get an air freshener too." he told me what aisle to go on and he must have seen me from the register because I was looking all over and he's like, "Nope, look up, it's right in front of of you to your left." So I hurried back to the register and then I had trouble with tap to pay which I'm new to using and he was so patient with me. It turns out I just didn't use the pin number correctly. But we got it figured out. I just really want to say it goes a long way when I'm walking into a store that I usually have to ask a lot of questions for and I am consistently getting great quality customer service and everyone is helpful. I'd say everyone's always pretty great natured and just that I don't have to stress when I walk in there. I remember the first time I interacted with the store manager. I quietly thought to myself, "I think I understand why I like this store period." If he's the one that has the hand in hiring people, he is one of the greatest first examples. He was one of the ones to help me most with some of the bigger mystery problems I actually needed to help with. I love this store and I just want to make sure I acknowledge it. Sometimes I forget to leave reviews, but this one surely deserves it! 🙏😊

  Ry helped me with my battery replacement and it was a smooth and quick process. I had a lot of questions, but she helped me get all the answers I needed and made sure I had the best fit for my car. 10/10 recommend and will be back for all future car needs!

  Just was in the Autozone in Cameron, and Tony was wonderful!! Changed out the headlight bulb in my truck. Thanks guys!!! 😀
