    The technician arrived early. He literally was done within 15 minutes with the full installation. I would definitely recommend Safelight win needing a completely new windshield.

    I got a price from another provider for almost 700$ and that was me taking the vehicle them. I then called satellite and got a quote to come to me replace windshield put on new wipers and the coating for 440$ Josh was good and made my wife feel comfortable. I was not there. Would recommend !

    I originally contacted Safelite for a windshield repair. The earliest appointment was two days, and when they came out, I was told it would have to be replaced. The tech was on time and very friendly. He was very apologetic and they called to get me on the schedule for a replacement. That appointment was scheduled quickly. I live on a gravel road, so I had to park at work, Which is a very crowded hospital parking lot. However, they had no problem getting it taken care of. The technician called when he was close by and was very knowledgeable and helpful. What I really appreciate from the company is the communication. Somebody was in contact every step to answer any questions, and inform me of the process. Everybody was so friendly also. My only problem (and I think this has to do with my insurance) is that I thought windshield replacement was covered under insurance. It was a very unexpected bill, but their excellent service made it much easier to tolerate. I will definitely call them for any windshield repairs in the future. They made it easy.

    Safelite is a really great place to get a windshield replaced. They know what they are doing. Technician was so nice and professional. He told me everything that was going on and took him hardly no time to replace my windshield. If you need one replaced or a crack fixed call Safelite !!!!

    Warning to anyone using this Safelite location— always insist on signed authorization before any work begins. I dropped my wife's car off and advised of the 3 chips to be fixed. The tech pointed out a a 4th crack that my wife never signed or agreed upon to fix. The technician performed unauthorized repairs on my wifes vehicle, cracked the windshield, and then told me Safelite wasn't responsible and nothing they can do. My wife later received an email falsely claiming she had given phone authorization — which never happened. We brought this to the managers attention and he acknowledged protocol wasn't followed but still said nothing can be done and because my husband didn't tell the technician no, it was authorization and because we are married we count as 1 person to authorize (legally baseless). We reached out to the company and the DM corrected this issue at no cost. I guess the manager thought his title was the final say because when he called my wife to set up the appointment to fix the windshield, he made unnecessary, condescending remarks as if his feelings were hurt. During this process, the technician violated their own authorization process. A false record was created. The manager was dismissive. If you use this company, document everything and don't let any work begin without a signed work order in hand. I give 2 stars because the DM and company followed through on what the manager said couldn't be done.
