  Three unsuccessful attempts and still waiting; countless robo calls for services not completed, appointments not kept, all while successfully charging my account. My car is still in the driveway with cracked windshield due to being dropped, with next appointment 07/09. How many days off do I need to take...disappointed

  I have a 2000 BMW 5 series, this car is not a rare car. I had an appointment for over a week to have the glass replaced as a result of a truck tire slab going through my glass! I can't drive the car which is my daily driven vehicle. The day before my much needed appointment they call me to inform me that they're canceling my appointment because they cannot get the glass! The NUMBER ONE AUTOMOTIVE GLASS SHOP IN THE US CAN NOT GET A GLASS FOR MY CAR!, They canceled the day before and said sorry... SORRY?? I have been without my car going on three weeks now. I called around and another company got the glass for half what Safelite wanted! I have to wait another week for them...

  Scheduled appointment date and "time frame" 8a-1p. No Call/No Show, called after 1p and finally the glass person called me saying it would be closer to 3:30 -- then I received a text that said it would be 3:45p I have waited all day and nothing -- would not recommend

  I would 100% go to any other place after having my car serviced at this location. I would suggest finding a small local shop with few employees so that they can actually do a good job. I believe most of my issues are related to time management of employees and the restrictions that are placed on them to produce on site.

  Very easy to schedule the appointment online for next day service. Safelite contacted me several times to confirm and advise on how to prepare for back window replacement. Only issue is that there was a greasy, oily film left on the window that made it difficult to see through driving home. Would have given full 5 star if they took the initiative to clean it before sending me off.
